COMPLETELY REMODELED IN JAN 2020

Jade East Towers is a unique resort located right ON THE BEACH in the heart of Destin. If you’ve never been to Jade East Towers before, you are in for a treat. Once you see this gorgeous condo with 2 KING MASTER SUITES and another SUITE with 2 QUEEN BEDS, and the living room also has a large sofa that converts into a sleeper for two, luxury furnishings & finishes and the spectacular views, you’ll never want to vacation anywhere else. This condo provides easy access to both fresh and saltwater fun to a wide range of on-site resort amenities. This unit is on the 3rd floor (about 45 feet above ground level), high enough to enjoy an amazing unobstructed ocean views, and low enough to hear the relaxing ocean waves from your private balcony. This is where you will want to catch a romantic sunset and enjoy your morning coffee. The open floor plan features spacious living areas with floor-to-ceiling windows that allow the light & Gulf views to fill the rooms. When you want to smell the sea air as you enjoy the view, you can access from both master suite as well as the living area to the large Private BALCONY to enjoy the stunning 180-degree beach views. The sunrise and sunset views are just breathtaking! It may be hard to get you back inside – but when dinner’s ready, you’ll want to be the first one seated in the dining area. The dining table seats 6 people, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar.

The incredible master bedroom has floor to ceiling windows so you can enjoy the view from the new King bed and wake up to amazing views of the Gulf. Additionally, the master suite has a very large roomy door-less shower with dual showerheads.

A fully upgraded kitchen offers granite counter tops and all the housewares you would expect at home making it an ideal place to prepare a good meal or a picnic for the beach. The bathrooms feature gorgeous granite countertops and each bedroom has a flat screen TV for your enjoyment. Free Wi-Fi, cable TV, and Washer/Dryer are included in this unit and video rental is also available on site.

For your convenience, you are provided with beach chairs, umbrellas, body boards, beach cart, towels and sand toys in your condo master bedroom closet so you can take to the beach in lieu of spending $30 a day using the local beach service operator.

Jade East offers something to suit the entire family’s tastes with full lighted tennis and basketball courts, fitness facilities, and several grilling areas. Take the boardwalk to create lasting memories on the world’s most beautiful beaches, or snooze on the spacious pool deck by the rock waterfall and hot tub. The entrance to Jade East and beach access to the condo are both gated and code secured. Dressing areas/restrooms are conveniently located on the ground floor. This unit has a designated parking space so you never have to worry about finding a spot to park. Additional undesignated spots are available for additional cars. Jade East offers three high speed elevators and luggage carts to assist in the ease of your arrival and departure.

Plus, the location of Jade East is in the center of Destin and near all the fun. Nearby activities and attractions include countless restaurants such as Another Broken Egg for breakfast, Fudpuckers for lunch, and the Back Porch for dinner. Big Kahunas Water Park is located directly across the street where the kids can enjoy water slides & pools, go-carts, bumper boats, the arcade, and much more! Had the best week with my daughters. The property was very clean and exactly as pictured. Had all the amenities needed and could not have asked for anything more. By far, the property had the best kept beach front. Samantha was extremely accommodating and let us check into the property early due to our arrival time I would highly recommend and would stay here again in.

The view was amazing!! Loved having my own sliders in the master bedroom that was ocean view! Plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. There were a few inconveniences that we had to deal with and the property manager made it right with us! Overall great location and we had a wonderful experience! We would definitely stay again.

We truly enjoyed our stay! The views were spectacular, and the property was as pictured. The host thinks of their guests by leaving a good stock of supplies to start you off, as well as beach stuff! The only reason for the 4 stars is we had some issues with television, dryer, and also the dishwasher but I did let the host know and she was very communicative about the issues

Our group was 5 adults and one child. This was a perfect place for us- 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We contacted Samantha our property manager twice with immediate response. We asked for early check in and late check out due to our flights and she did not hesitate to allow both. The location was awesome. Beautiful condo and views. Easy access to everything. The water park was directly across the street, although our time did not allow us to go there. The access to lawn chairs, beach toys for our younger child were perfect. We loved our time there, and look forward to returning. We happened to leave 2 days before hurricane Helene was to arrive and we hope all is well in Destin

1st Time at the Beachfront

All the necessary details were provided (Gate codes, door codes, etc.) A word of warning: Make sure you have the gate code noted before driving up. There is a one-lane entrance and if you don't know the code, you could be holding up a bunch of people. I saw it happen. The condo was gorgeous with spectacular views! The added beach gear was so helpful (chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach cart, etc.). That all adds up if you had to rent or purchase these items. I would definitely stay here again.

We were only provided one trash bag and no paper towels. We purchased these, along with foil, sandwich bags. Per the owners instructions all this had to be thrown away at the end of our stay. They also told us to return kitchen as it was when we got there, we did the sweeping but could not find mop. I thought that would have been included in cleaning fees.

Overall great beach and accommodation.

The listing says 2 Queens in 3rd bedroomis a little missleading. Beds are more double size. (Maybe maybe an RV queen) Not for 2 adults. Pullout is a joke. Living room furniture is WELL USED!!! Broken patio chair. Bathrooms were awesome, as well as Kitchen. We still had a blast.

The location is amazing, beach is fabulous and not too crowded. Pool is nice, elevators are pretty fast. Check in/out was super easy. Check out is at 9, but be prepared for housekeeping to come earlier to see when you will be out. Communication with owner was fantastic. On one day we suddenly didn’t have water. Called the owner and she immediately found out what was going on (leak in another condo resulted in turning off water but only for an hour or so) and let me know right away what was going on and when to expect it back on. Condo very well stocked with cooking supplies.

We had a great time staying here... although we spent more of our time outside enjoying the beach... the only issues we had was the 3rd bedroom TV would come on but wouldn't change channels and it wouldn't connect to the wifi for some reason... but who needs tv when you have such a gorgeous view of the beach... but when I did need something the manager was really quick and super nice... I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again for sure...

We had the best time! This condo was exactly what we were looking for. From the pool and hot tub, to proximity to beach service, to Samantha’s personal stash of boogie boards, chairs, towels, coolers, etc. we were completely covered! Condo is short walk to beach where there are ice cream and snow cone vendors, which were a big hit with the kids and grandkids. It was the perfect week!

Ladies Trip 2021

Myself and six friends came from Colorado to Florida for a Ladies Trip. This property exceeded our expectations! 😃Absolutely amazing, spacious, clean, comfortable beds, the unit is well supplied with amenities and has a great deck facing the beach/ocean and dolphin viewing. Our host Samantha was wonderful and available if needed. Unit is close to restaurants, fresh sea food market, and box store where you can get groceries and liquor. We had the BEST TIME and can’t wait to return in 2022!

Property was great, however, they need to update the pictures of the fitness center as it does not have nearly the equipment that the pictures showed.
