This is a beautiful condo to relax and take a break from your busy life. So come stay at this relaxing condo and live the beach life for a while! The beach is about a 1/4 mile from the condo. You can enjoy the private beach on the gulf side, the public beach at the pass, or the public beach at Norriego Point. See last photo in listing for proximity of the beach access to the condo.

The Space:
Come on down to the Emerald Coast and enjoy the powdery white sands of Destin, FL. This is 1 bedroom, 1 bath first floor condo sleeps 4 with a queen size bed and queen sized pull out sofa. Island Homes is perfect for a couples retreat or to take the kids on a fun vacation. The unit has everything you need, as if it were your own home. The kitchen is stocked with all the things you need to cook big meals. You can also take a short trip to one of the fine local dining establishments. This cozy condo has a deck for you to enjoy your coffee in the morning or a nice cold beverage under the bistro lighting in the evening. Take a short walk to the beach to enjoy the beautiful water or to watch the dolphins as they swim by. If you brought the kids along and are looking for something exciting to do, check out the water park that is just a short 2 miles away. Holiday Isle Condo

A short birthday trip with some family. Was a good time, the condo was nice and newly renovated. It has everything you need for the beach already within the condo, as far as beach wagon, chairs, umbrella, etc. along with being fully furnished as far as utensils and plates..etc. The beach was within walking distance and nice. The only thing I would recommend doing, is clarifying with property manager the key code for the front door. We had a late flight into Destin. When we arrived we had a malfunction and couldn’t get into the condo. Luckily the property manager was very helpful and got us in a decent time.

Great Destin location!

My family enjoyed staying here. The condo was very clean and fresh. Nicely decorated and provided everything we needed for a great rate. Owner was very personable and responsive/attentive. The location was convenient to everything. Close to beach access and all the restaurants and attractions. Thank you Aaron for your hospitality!
