Indulge your culinary desires in the fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing meals with fresh seafood from local markets or the day’s catch from a deep-sea fishing adventure. The kitchen includes both a standard drip coffee maker and a Keurig for your morning coffee needs.

The living room is designed for relaxation with a fabric sofa sleeper, a 55” TV, and a DVD player, making it perfect for family movie nights. With new furniture, fresh linens, and thoughtful amenities throughout, this beachside unit is designed to make your stay unforgettable.

Unit 204 comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a 50” TV, and a standing fan for guests who prefer extra airflow, with an adjoining master bathroom that includes a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a twin bed, along with a 42” TV, and the guest bathroom also includes a tub/shower combination.

This condo includes internet access, as well as bath and kitchen towels provided for your comfort. During your stay, you’ll have access to a fantastic selection of on-site amenities, including a heated pool, two lighted tennis courts, a BBQ grilling area, shuffleboard, exercise rooms, saunas, and coin-operated laundry facilities. Guests will also enjoy complimentary beach service (March–October), which includes two chairs and an umbrella set up for you daily on the beach. A convenient towel-exchange laundry service is available during your stay—simply check with the front desk for scheduled days.
