HSR 614 is a beautifully updated Gulf front 2 BR

Holiday Surf and Racquet 614 is a beautiful two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo that accommodates up to 6 people.

The Living Room has 55" 4K capable HDTV and Blu-Ray Player. The comfortable sofa allows you to view the Gulf and folds out to a Queen Sofa Sleeper. The kitchen is equipped with  everything you'll need to cook your catch of the day and small appliances such as a blender and coffee maker. The dining area is large enough to sit the whole family as well. 

There is a King size bed in Master bedroom, 40" HDTV, & a Blu-Ray Player.

There are two Twin beds in Guest bedroom,  a 32” HDTV& a Blu-Ray Player. Both bedroom’s mattresses and box springs are brand new, purchased in 2018.

Feel free to enjoy your favorite music from your phone on the tower stereo while soaking up the beautiful view of the Gulf and the white sandy beach from your very own private balcony, which has been remodeled with Italian wood grain tile.

Complex amenities include coin laundry, an exercise room, tennis courts, & grills.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a patio and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

Property is in a great location - and resort property itself is great. Easy access to beach. Great views. Elevators worked great, and your unit is on floor 6 which is literally steps from the laundry facilities on 6th floor (which were very nice and cheap too). Resort is staffed daily with very nice employees. Condo itself was very good. Did not give excellent only due to a few issues - mainly dealing with drainage in both showers (very slow draining) and a few issues with the condo not being as clean as we would have expected. That said, this is a really good property in a very good location and the price is fantastic. Just a note for the beach - some units at this resort have pre-paid access to beach chairs and umbrellas on the beach (run through a different company but licensed through the development). However, this unit does not - so you'l have to pay for daily beach chairs and umbrella. It's 50/day which is not terrible as compared to other locations, just something to be aware of.
