Perfect location! Overall cleanliness was good. View was perfect! Private beach was a plus! Only issue was the bed is very firm. I had to go out and sleep on the couch which is on the shorter side and not very comfortable. We left a day early because I couldn’t sleep.

Lovely space—unbeatable view

Was overall a pleasant unit—our only complaint is there were no blankets in the unit whatsoever so we had to use beach towels for additional cover at night. Additionally the coffee pot was super cheap and there were no extras whatsoever in terms of trash bags, toilet tissue etc. However we found the view and the area so pleasing that we didn’t mind the other inconveniences. This place is in the best part of Destin and beach access is the best there is ..would definitely recommend Jetty East and will be back!

Destin snow bird

Property could use sone updates. Had to transfer to a different condo as a result of losing power to the living room and balcony areas. A total rewire was the only way to fix. Liked the location and the condo setup worked well for two of us. Had some other minor issues that did not impact our stay.

Needs updating

The condo served its purpose of providing shelter, but that’s about it. The entire thing needs updating. The Tvs were outdated and one tv didn’t even work. The furniture is broke down. There was sand everywhere in the condo. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The patio furniture was a bar height table with regular size chairs, so it wasn’t comfortable. Even though there were signs to exchange linens, this unit wasn’t included. The dryers on the 4th floor didn’t work and there are only 3 washers. The range is pulled out so far it blocks the fire extinguisher under the sink and made the kitchen feel even smaller. The lamps didn’t provide much light and bulbs were burnt out. The hair dryer in the master bath sounded like it was going to explode. The property was nice but I would not recommend or stay in this unit again.

Needs updating, uncomfortable couch and bed, had issues getting linens, towels/rags, We had to sleep on the bed a couple nights without sheets, mold on the bottom of the shower curtain, icemaker does not work. Issues with communication and follow through. Beautiful view of the ocean and pool. Jacuzzi did not work.
