The unit is located in a quiet community and is fully stocked with everything you need for a perfect stay. A large patio overlooks a pond and the community is just a few blocks (or about an 8 minute walk) to the beach. In unit washer & dryer available to guests. There are multiple TV's (each bedroom and the living room) with streaming services and cable.
