La sala de estar y el dormitorio principal se abren al balcón con vista a las hermosas aguas color esmeralda del golfo y la playa de arena blanca. La cocina ha sido renovada con encimeras de granito, salpicaderos y electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable. Muebles nuevos y decoración en toda la sala de estar para que se sienta como en casa en la playa. LR tiene TV de pantalla plana, Blue Ray y estéreo con capacidad de transmisión, además de una nueva cama Queen. Nuevo granito y armarios en ambos baños. Nuevos pisos y colchones en las dos habitaciones. Nueva lavadora / secadora en la unidad. Master tiene King con televisor de pantalla plana grande y segundo BR tiene reina con pantalla plana. Spring Break Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at this beach condo! It was very clean and had a stunning view that made every morning special. I loved that it provided beach toys, chairs and umbrella for us to use, super convenient. The property offered plenty of great amenities, making it a perfect spot for relaxation and fun. The owner was incredibly communicative and helpful, ensuring everything went smoothly. We’ll definitely be booking again!

The condo has a beautiful view of the beach. It was very clean and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal.The beds are comfortable and the showers were great.We had trouble with the lock at check in, but Jim handled it and the rest of the stay was great.Jim checked in with us several times to see if we needed anything.We would definitely stay there again.

Amazing Condo, View Host and property.

This was Our first time to Destin. I booked the vacation last minute. I was highly satisfied. The host the condo and property was above expectations. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone it has beautiful views, Luxurious condo and an amazing host.

Great stay!

We had a great stay. The condo was very clean and had all we needed to cook. My only dislikes was the bathroom floor to the master room was dangerously slick when the smallest amount of water got on the floor and the chair rentals are not for a full day.

Perfect Getaway Spot

My family of 5 (husband, 4yo, 2yo and newborn) absolutely loved our stay in Jim's condo! He communicated often to ensure all was well and any questions were addressed. The rooms were very comfortable, clean and the balcony being our favorite part. That view is spectacular! Checkin/check-out process was very simple. We really enjoyed the easy beach access, the 3 pools and the tiki bar. We would definitely recommend and stay here again in the future!

Clean condo, views as advertised. Great pools and beach access. Close to additional shops/ dining and amenities. Host responsive to any questions and checked in a couple times just to make sure we were having a good stay.

Very clean and updated nice views

Condo was very clean and nicely updated. Location was very convenient to elevator and entire building has easy access to beach area. Nice views of the beach and swimming pool from the balcony. Host was very pleasant to work with. We had flight delays coming in and he worked with us on that. Great communication!

Condo was exactly as advertised. Beautiful view of the gulf, overlooking one of 2 pools. Quiet location with ample parking and easy check-in. The owner was extremely helpful, reached out proactively to provide additional info and answered all our questions expeditiously. Would definitely recommend!

Great Week Away

This unit was everything we hoped it would be, with easy access to pools and the beach. There were also beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers available. The host was extremely responsive to all questions, and the check in and check out process was extremely easy.

Awesome Condo with Gulf View

This is an incredible condo! It appeared to have been recently updated and was very clean. The spacious balcony had plenty of seating and great views of the gulf. The owner of the condo communicated with us throughout our stayed to make sure we had everything we needed and was settled in. We would definitely stay here again! 10/10

Excellent Rental!

Overall excellent experience! The cleanest rental I've ever had! Spotless. Kitchen had every item needed to cook nightly dinners. Beds were soft and comfy! Patio furniture was nice and we loved the view from the balcony! We had some chilly days so the extra blankets in the closest were a nice bonus! The location is great with easy access to everything. The teenagers were able to walk anywhere they needed if the car wasn't available to them. We are a family who loves to walk so no complaints here! The condo was also very quiet, which was great considering we were there over spring break! Far enough from the elevator that there was no noise but close enough that it was a quick walk. No real noise from other condos unless the people above dropped something heavy. The walls must be decently thick b/c we didn't hear a peep from our neighbors! Kids (2-17year olds) loved the pools and adults loved the hot tubs and beach! The Tiki Bar was a very welcomed addition to the location! Only area of opportunity would be to provide a few more trash bags and a some more dishwasher detergent. Only 2 of each were provided and given the low cost of each, would have been nice for more to have been provided. We bought more and left them behind, hopefully for the next few guests to use! Jim was excellent at communication and though we didn't need him for anything (another amazing bonus, to not need to bother the owner!) we felt confident we would receive a quick reply if something had come up!

Very nice, clean condo. Plenty of kitchen dishes. Only complaint is walls are thin and could hear others showering next door. Off season maintenance was loud and dusty but not fault of owner or VRBO. Nice and close to the beach and lots of restaurants to choose from. Great location. Would recommend to others.

Would love to stay again

Thank you for allowing us to stay! This was our first stay at Pelican Beach resort and it was amazing! Our condo was very nice, definitely had been updated recently which was so nice. Our contact with the property owner was also so great, Jim reached out multiple times to ensure we were doing well and didn’t need anything. We loved the resort, the beach set up was a little different than anywhere we’ve been before but absolutely loved all the amenities the resort offered. The tiki bar and cafe had great drinks and food. We’d love to stay here again! Thank you for having us Jim!
