Great place to stay!

We had a great stay at the Palms Of Destin. The listing looked just like the pictures and was very clean. The views were great and the beach was less than a 5 minute drive. My only critique is that the shuttle to the beach only ran on weekends during the time we were there and I felt like that could have been more clear in the listing since that was one of the reasons we chose to stay there. We would have probably adjusted our stay to be over a weekend.. Overall though it was a great place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff. I highly recommend!

Perfect location for Baseball Tournament

We were in Destin for my son’s baseball tournament and we’re happy to find the field located across the street from the hotel. The pool area was beautiful and the room was exactly as described. Great stay!

The condo itself could definitely use a little extra care. But the overall resort was nice and the staff was wonderful. Concerning the condo, the dining chairs are a huge eyesore. They are VERY worn and scratched. It wouldn't take much to add a little stain or paint to the worn spots on the wood. And the cables hanging from the television should be hidden. It feels more like a bachelor pad than a "home away from home". The cleanliness of the unit was okay, but could definitely use some attention to detail.. The pool area was under maintenance in certain areas but was taken care of during our 5 day stay. On the plus side, the unit is spacious and smells good (I have issues with smells), and the furniture is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the granite counter tops are beautiful. The master bedroom is really nice and we love the balcony access. The main bathroom is spacious with a nice shower. The amenities the resort offers are an added bonus and look to be well taken care of. The lobby is beautiful in most areas and the staff was kind and friendly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo was functional and met our needs. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool area and the beautiful scenery. We may consider this resort again for future visits.

We didn’t have enough of linens. The Master Bedroom mattress not good. The mattress on pull out couch was worse. The property was great. If you need to be out at 10:00 your check in time should be earlier or use of pool until checn in is ready.
