DORMITORIO PRINCIPAL DEL GOLFO Y LA SALA DE ESTAR 12OO SQ FT UNIT

Hermosa unidad de 1200 pies cuadrados, 2 habitaciones y 2 baños frente al golfo en el quinto piso en el corazón de Destin. La suite principal frente al golfo tiene una cama king y baño completo con ducha separada y bañera de hidromasaje con puertas corredizas de vidrio que se abren al balcón grande frente al mar. El segundo dormitorio es muy amplio y también tiene una cama king con un baño completo adjunto. Los dos dormitorios y la sala de estar están equipados con televisores. El salón tiene un cómodo sofá cama doble. Esta unidad también tiene una cocina completa con todas las necesidades para preparar comidas para su familia. La unidad también cuenta con una lavadora y secadora nuevas a partir de mayo de 2019. Estamos ubicados a poca distancia de restaurantes, The Track, el parque acuático Big Kahunas, tienda de licores, tiendas de regalos, etc.

Beautiful property

Condo was beautiful with easy beach access and a great pool. The host was responsive when needed (our packet with code and bracelets were not in the condo as expected and she responded quickly with needed info). Only issue was the bedroom facing the street had lots of street noise at night and kept my friends up at times.

Really nice

The heated outdoor pool was great for the winter. We loved the private balcony and great beach. The remodeled bathroom shower is one I’d like to have at home. The traffic was a little tough but the condo IS in the middle of the action. Overall we enjoyed our 3 weeks.

Very relaxing and peaceful

We were very pleased with this condo and would return! Mandy was very responsive to messages and helpful with questions. My only complaint however is that the beach does not allow personal umbrellas or tents, and that isn't advertised in the booking. With an infant traveling with us, it was difficult to ensure adequate shade for her as well as the adults. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

I'm hesitant to leave yet another positive review about this condo, because I'm afraid too many other people are going to find it and it won't be avaliable when i want to come back next year! But we were extremely happy with our stay. Communication with Mandy was super fast and easy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The layout of the condo was as great. And the view from the balcony was amazing. Pictures don't do it justice!

Family fun on the beach

We had the best time while staying here. I enjoyed running every morning down scenic Hwy 98, and then hopping in the pool cool down before some beach time. We were centrally located to access great restaurants, attractions, grocery store and more. We will definitely be coming back. Room was clean and spacious, and having beach chairs with the unit was a plus.

Spring Break Getaway

This condo was perfect for our family. Very clean and well supplied. No issues at all. Our favorite part was the view. The proximity to the beach was amazing. A quick walk out to the chairs that were set up for us everyday. When we needed a break from the beach we could enjoy the heated pool or hot tub. My boys loved running back and forth between the beach and the pool. The deck/patio area was perfect to watch over the pool area and great views. We watched dolphins every morning while eating breakfast on the deck/ patio. The condos location has close proximity to restaurants and entertainment. Book this you won’t regret it!

Go To Destin Condo

This was our 2nd year in this same condo. I love the complex, it's just the right size as far as number of units, the elevators are fast and efficient, the complex is well maintained and it a safe secure area. I hope to book this same unit for next year and stay even longer. The actual condo is great, very clean with everything yhou need, and you can't beat the view.

Great Time

We had a great time here at Destin with the family. I will definitely recommend staying here. The location was great minutes from everything you could possibly wanna do with the family. The condo was amazing very clean and spacious for a family of four. Will definitely be looking at booking more time here in the future. Checkin was made a breeze we arrived a little earlier then expected and was able to check in early definitely a plus when traveling with kids.

Would definitely stay again!

The condo is as the listing shows. Great location! Walking distance to restaurants, surf shops and go carts. Parking was never an issue. Elevators were fast with little wait time. The weather was rough a couple of our days and the balcony was perfect for those days and still being able to enjoy the outside. Highly recommend!
