East 1601 is a four-bedroom, three-bathroom beachfront Destin vacation rental located at Silver Beach Towers Resort. Sitting on the sixteenth floor, East 1601 offers breathtaking views of the gulf. The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 1601’s contemporary features and comfortable furnishings are the perfect combinations to complement your next Destin vacation.

Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building, specifically on the North/city side of the buildings. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including work outside of North facing windows, and restricted access to parking spaces both on the lobby level and in the garage. Guests will have full access and enjoyment of the Gulf facing balconies and all other amenities. Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. The first set-up for guests of this condo is available for a discounted rate of $30 per day, and additional set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

East 1601 is an end condo, which offers extra space inside and out. You're greeted with an expansive, inviting open-concept living area. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that offer panoramic views and open directly onto the large, furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for five with five additional seats at the breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together. East 1601 also has a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for extra convenience.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a soaker bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. All three guest bedrooms are on the city side of the condo and have access to a furnished north balcony with stunning views of the greater Destin area. The first guest bedroom features a King Bed and has an attached full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The second guest bedroom has a Queen Bed, a sliding glass door entrance to the north balcony, and a flat-screen TV. The third guest bedroom features a Queen over Queen Bunkbed Set, with beautiful views from multiple angles of the bedroom. The second and third guest bedrooms are just steps down the hall from a shared full guest bathroom.
