Perfect place

The property is just as listed. Super clean and close to everything you'd want to do and see. Plenty of food choices nearby. The resort also offers plenty of activities for the kids during the weekdays. Last night we watched Dory at the pool at night! We would 100% stay here again!

Destin beauty

The condo was very nicely decorated and was very clean. Although the condo is not beachfront, I enjoyed watching the boats every morning from the balcony while drinking my coffee. The beach is an easy walk down and it was also very well kept and beautiful. The condo is in a very quiet area that is centrally located and is an easy drive to a grocery store, bars, and restaurants.The only thing (I thought) that was missing from the kitchen was a cutting board. However, I found it on the last day in an odd spot under the kitchen sink under a basket of stuff. Just a heads up for those looking for it in the future. My only complaint would be that the door leading to the patio is extremely hard to open and close.

Overall a great place to stay, views are wonderful, location to beach is great, it's decorated very nicely, and beds are comfortable. My only negative is the cleanliness. I had to rewash the dishes before using them, there was sand and dirt all over the master comforter, and the floors left our feet black. This was not a huge deal for us, we are not big complainers, I just washed the dishes, shook off the comforter and we got house slippers to wear inside (there wasn't a mop). The floors was the most surprising, to be that black on my feet, they haven't been mopped in a long while.

Beautiful Location

The condo was nicely decorated and well appointed. The view from the deck is amazing! You can see the lake, the Jetties as well as the ocean. It is a short walk to the beach and the pools. The recliner that is in the listing is no longer in the condo which means seating is limited, however we never spent too much time inside.

Nearly flawless

Nothing in this world is perfect, but this condo came very close. Of course, being newly renovated was a plus. The décor was beachy without being typical. The beautiful lamps were made of shells without being obvious, and there were no of fish or crabs on the wall. It was beachy but not cheesy. The colors were soothing. It was a lovely place.

Great Weekend Getaway

This was a great weekend getaway. Short walk to the beach. If any drawback, the only washer/dryer option is coin machines on a different floor. Admittedly my fault for not seeing that beforehand. That really wasn't a negative though. Clean, fresh paint, updated furniture, reachable owner. All good things.

Amazing view

Very clean and amazing views. The amenities and quick walk to the beach make this a wonderful location for a family vacation. I would love to return. Activities, shopping, restaurants and the essentials are all close by.

Nice property.

Property was beautiful. Patio view was beautiful. Outside of Property had ne a luk leary at first. Condo was beautiful inside. Master bedroom TV stopped working. It just kept spinning but no picture. Check in/ out process was easy. Location was awesome. Not too far from anything. Price was just a lil pricey but overall a great place and stay. Property manager called prior to arrival and went over things with me. (That I loved) I would recommend this place!

Great spot

Our stay was awesome, the building has family activities Monday-Friday which is nice. Plenty of room for 6 people. Room was clean once they have a washer and dryer in unit it will be the perfect spot for sure. We had a great time.
