Amazing place to stay. We had a great time in Destin and had a wonderful place to stay while we were visiting. The view of the pool was awesome and the amenities of the resort were perfect for our first family trip with our son. Dave was the perfect host and I would absolutely stay here again!

Wow Dave’s condo had everything you could want from a rental!! It was so clean and very well stocked! The view was amazing and the actual condo building had a great coffee shop and bar/restaurant. The people at the front desk were also very nice and helpful and of course the pool/pools were great and my kids had a blast swimming. Dave was a great host so nice and responsive and helpful!

Awesome!!!!

Dave was extremely communicative from the moment we booked until the day we left. We had a bit of an issue with a fire alarm chirping and he was on it immediately! The condo was beautiful, perfectly stocked with all the beach gear one could need, and a great location! We came on spring break and the noise level was surprisingly very quiet! Beds were super comfortable. All 4 of us were able to shower without running out of hot water. If we return to Destin, we will be back at Dave’s place 100%!!
