Beautiful location with quick access to beach. The community is kind, safe and located close to many amenities!It was our first time in Destin and the white sand and emerald waters were more beautiful than imagined!

Great time!

We had an amazing time. Everything about this place was great. There were just a few things we would’ve wished could’ve been different. One being, we had to pay for beach chair/umbrella rentals. Which would’ve been nice if it would’ve been included, especially because they told us that usually most of the renters pay for them. And the last thing that would’ve been nice was if the screen door of the back porch was new including the furniture in the porch as well. These things aren’t big issues. We had a great stay either way!

Great studio / close to beach!

The studio is well equipped with plenty of kitchen items and is very close to the beach (2 minutes) and the pool near the other studio condo units. The back porch overlooks the guard shack and entry point so there was occasional traffic. My only complaint about the unit was a very damp foul smell which hit your nose upon entry.

An Absolute Must Stay

Not only is it a great price, it has everything! Its close to the beach, walking distance, it had a wonderful par 3 golf course and light fishing. There's also great restaurants, a winn dixie across the street and so many more things to do nearby. My family had an awesome time and suggest staying here. Such a great price and location. I highly recommend this !!!

Great stay!

We got to the property and it was exactly like pictured! Close to everything! The second day we discovered the a/c wasn’t working. We let the office and host know and it was fixed by the next morning! My only downfall is the 10am check out, our flight isn’t until 5 so my only complaint would be to extend the check out by a little bit! Great stay and we will be back!

And the check in process was horrible - that had given me the wrong passcode I had to go back to the main office twice and the lady was rude she acted like I was putting on the incorrect passcode at the end I had to grab one of the maintenance guys and he had to call the office turns out the passcode the lady gave me was completely different! Then at the time of check out I never received a text message I had to go to the office and check out 2 weeks later I’m still waiting on my deposit refund!

The property smelled of sewer, as did the condo at times. There were cockroaches three times in our condo and the front desk didn’t seem concerned at all! The shower leaked and the overall cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired.
