The staff were so nice and pleasant; Wayne is a riot. The condo was clean and had all the things you could need to fix meals, bath items and the view from the balcony was glorious. We watched the dolphins come in for breakfast. Very quick walk onto the beach, then hop in the pool on the way back in. The pool was also lovely to enjoy- heated, good size with plenty of loungers and tables with umbrellas. We will certainly come back and certainly be telling others to visit if they have the opportunity.

This was a great place for two couples. We each had our own bathroom in our bedrooms so no one had to walk outside the bedroom to get to a bathroom. We rented this place because it had Pickleball courts which were in great shape. I really liked that we could see the ocean, pool and courts from our balcony. We enjoyed spending each morning on the balcony with the great view of the ocean. The check in process was easy and the front desk manager was so friendly and accommodating. We received complimentary umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach. The pool was always clean. The place was nice and quiet every morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Unit was not very clean. Sand everywhere and toe clips on the balcony. Took away a lot of the vacation feeling. Also, the AC could not be set under 70 degrees, that's too hot for us.

I have never stayed at a VRBO where there was not ample supply of trash bags, dish soap, diswashing soap and Tp. In most cases there is also body soap, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. This is my number one problem.Next, the walk ways and door entrenched were nasty filthy, the description was very poor. The water never got hot and the noise was crazy. The good things are beach to condo location great. I do wish we would have known we were so far off the strip we would not be able to walk anywhere for food or drinks. I just think that the description should have more not less info. For the money they can do better.

Beware of cabana boys, they will move your towels off chosen chairs and when asked about it tell because you didnā€™t tip, of course he was no where to be seen when we went down that morning, had money to tip, too bad. But we would definitely return, not letting a rud 20 something ruin a wonderful week.

Not what we thought

The place is extremely small Dishwasher didnā€™t work Doesnā€™t have a washer or dryer You canā€™t do anything in the property without getting a fine and if you have a second vehicle be prepared to pay 20 dollars a day for parking. Overall, worst condo Iā€™ve ever stayed in but we made it work with what we had. Thatā€™s just my honest opinion.

Cut the Stay Short

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was what we expected. I had to change the thermostat batteries; apparently checking them is not part of the inspection process, but other than that, it was good. Due to a big storm, the condo lost all power for about 16 hours. That isn't the property's fault, nor was it ours. I was disappointed that there was no effort to 'share the pain', i.e., offering a rebate of some kind for our inconvenience. The property didn't appear to have a backup generator as others nearby did. We cut our stay from 14 days to 9 days due to the weather, again not the property's fault. The days we spent were generally enjoyable. The property is convenient to shopping and main roads.
