Get your cameras ready to capture some of the most beautiful Sunrises and Sunsets anywhere! Enjoy early morning strolls or moonlit walks with the warm Emerald Green salty waters kissing your toes. You can also just relax on your private balcony and watch Dolphins swim by, Ospreys and Pelicans diving for dinner. It is peaceful to sit on your balcony and watch the waves come in.

During the summer months weekly fireworks can be seen from your balcony or on the beach. Managed by Holiday Surf and Racquet Club this Penthouse Condo has been REDESIGNED and COMPLETELY REMODELED. From the moment you step into this condo you get a view straight to the Emerald Green Water. It is conveniently located directly on the beach on the quiet end side of Holiday Isle. We offer COMPLIMENTARY BEACH SERVICE (March 1 – Oct 30) including 1 umbrella and 2 chairs each day of your stay, Free DVD Rental, Netflix, Linen Exchange and Free Parking and BEACH THERAPY!
