The view of the beach from the balcony couldn’t have been better! We loved being steps away the beach. We took advantage of the cabana service the property offers and are glad we did. The condo was just as described and met our needs. Esperanza was very helpful and prompt with the few questions we had. Can’t wait to return!

We had a great stay at the Pelican Beach Resort! Our hosts were very accommodating and their fourth floor condo was very conveniently located to the elevator and the resort’s many amenities. We liked how centrally located it was to the Destin area’s many restaurants and shopping. We would recommend it highly and hope to return in the near future!

The perfect spot for our wedding anniversary! Between the stunning oceanfront views and the amazing beach, we couldn't have asked for more. The condo itself was beautiful, cozy, and spotless, stocked with every essential we needed.The property felt incredibly quiet and secure. We loved exploring the local dining scene, but having the convenient on-site cafe and the beachside Tiki bar was a total game-changer.
