Wonderful Stay, Perfect Location!We had a fantastic time at this condo. The host was excellent with communication—always quick to respond and very helpful. The place was sparkling clean and very comfortable. The best part was the proximity to the beach; it was literally just steps away, which made our trip so easy and relaxing. Highly recommend!

Condo was great. There was some debris on the kitchen floor near stove….nothing awful. Was easy enough to take care of with a Damp Paper Towel. Closets were locked & there was no access to a broom & dust pan. Would’ve been helpful, to keep living space swept of sand. At the end of the day, after showers…you don’t want to step in sand all evening. But other than that….No Complaints!!! I may be the odd ball out, to want to sweep & light cleaning while on vacay lolRooms were clean & beds were comfy. 2nd floor balcony with a view of the pool. Very nice. Only other would be an extra skillet. Was hard to cook sausage & eggs with 1 skillet for family of 6….But most probably eat out while on vacation. We do cook at least breakfast & then do lunch & dinner out :) Will book again

Business Trip to the Beach

Stayed for softball nearby. Condo was great! Loved having the pool just below the deck. Would have loved being on the beach but the walk wasn’t bad at all. Property manager was responsive in addressing a door lock issue.

I wish I would have read more reviews before booking. It was very dirty. Bedding looked like it wasn’t washed, first night asleep you could feel sand on the sheets (we got in later than expected and didn’t go to the beach) and the 2 bedrooms that are not the master are SO bright at nighttime. We were desperate for some sleep so we covered with sheets. The washer had standing water in it and smelled horrible. The dryer didn’t work. The host told us to hang dry our items and security told us we couldn’t utilize the balcony. So we diverted to using the kitchen table so that was not able to be used. Every day we were told he would get back with us, yet the day would go by and never heard from him so I’d have to contact him for updates. The dryer never got fixed on our stay so we got a whopping $100 back. Which is disappointing because we didn’t pack enough items because we knew we had access to wash towels and bathing suits. The towels provided for the bathrooms felt like they could break in 2 pieces they were so hard and not cleaned properly. I found a toe nail near the toilet and a chip broke off on the night stand. The pool that we had access to on the beach was drained and closed due to glass breaking. 🙃 On the plus side, the location on the balcony to the pool that’s actually at the condo was perfect to keep an eye on kids, if you wanted to be inside the condo. We were nervous about being near the elevator due to hearing all of the foot traffic, but it actually wasn’t bad

Unsafe, not clean/unsanitary; owner was not able to address safety concerns

Lock on door was broken. Code was not needed to open from outside. Anyone could walk in. Room was right off elevator. We had 2 teens that we did not want to leave alone due to safety. Felt uneasy leaving at all due to possible theft. Condo was not clean (took many pictures of dust, possible black mold, filthy floor boards and walls. Furniture was stained and chair in living room area was rigged together with scraps of wood. Dryer did not work, garbage deposal was clogged and would not turn on. Owner was contacted and responded but was "unable to find anyone to fix the door lock" We have stayed at Pelican Beach 3 years in a row and have not had any issues except this trip. We will continue to look for VRBOs at Pelican because we love the location, beach, pools, tiki bar, overall resort.

Thankful time away

Family Vacay 2023

We had a wonderful time during our stay at The Terrace. We enjoyed the pool and beach each day. The only complaint we had is that the room wasn’t as clean as we expected and their was leftover food in the oven from the previous guests. Other than that our stay was great!

Nice place but needs a little TLC

First off Ken was very easy to deal with. Place just needs some updating and painting, caulking etc. The unit is right off the elevator... The floor was always wet right outside of door from maintenance spraying off walkway..

There was a lot thing i like. Location was one and roomy space. Things i didn't like was Water didn't hot when showering .. And noise you can hear from people in room above location. Not enough bath rags. Oh yeah! and the TV going out and i had to reset it.

Loved this place

Kenneth was very accommodating when we asked for early check in. He did his best to make our stay the best it could be. The accommodations were comfortable (my husband loved the recliner)! You don't often find those in rentals. We loved the area. It was within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. We would defiantly choose this place again!

Very enjoyable! Had a blast!

The property manager was great at keeping in touch and making accommodations as necessary. Very comfortable, great view of water and fountains. Pools and spa were clean. The condo could use some touch up paint and deep cleaning, but very nice. Not complaining. We enjoyed it.

In need of Major Renovation

This condo was beat up and run down. In need of painting, new kitchen, bathrooms. Furniture appeared dirty. Towels were not white and fluffy, dingy and old. Not enough. Building run down looking as well. Location was excellent. Beach and pools great. We were in the middle of lots of fun things to do with my grandchildren.

A LITTLE GETAWAY

We enjoyed our stay. We liked that we were a short walking distance to the beach, with its own walkway. Baskin Robins and Dunkin donuts is like 5 mins away walking. We loved the pool and jacuzzi, because they are tempreture controled and you can swim at night. I liked that there is security. The condo was perfect. It has all the pots and pans you might need for cooking. The washer and dryer are very handy. The balconey is perfect. The Host responded very fast to our questions, and reached out to ask if we needed anything. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
