Welcome to Cabana Club 307! This newly updated beautiful beachfront condo is the perfect way for a family to spend a week at the beach! Cabana Club is a meticulously maintained complex in the heart of Crystal Beach, complete with a grill area and large picnic area on the way to the beach. As a smaller complex, guests will enjoy a private beach to take in the sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico with their family and friends.
Upon entering the unit, guests are welcomed into the entryway adjacent to the laundry closet with a stacked washer and dryer. Walking down the hallway, is the Bedroom with a king size bed, a large 50 smart tv, and a single fold out futon chair. The main bedroom also has new flat screen tv, closet and furniture with plenty of storage. Adjacent to the bedroom is the ensuite bath. This bathroom has a soaker tub and walk in shower.
Back into the hallway, guests will pass the half bathroom with a, sink and toilet. The half bathroom opens into the kitchen that flows into the living room with stunning views outside of the brand new windows. The kitchen is complete with updated countertops and appliances. There are two barstools and a dining area that seats four guests. The living room has plush and plentiful seating to watch all your favorites on the large flat screen tv and the sofa turns into a queen bed with an upgraded mattress for relaxation.
The living room flows out to the sprawling balcony that gives you some of the best views in Destin. Relax on the comfy furniture and watch your favorite shows on the new 70 inch smart tv! The sunrises and sunsets somehow hit differently at the beach and this is the perfect location to soak it all in!
