This updated cottage is decorated beautifully with costal theme and pastel colors. Has everything you need for a perfect trip, in the perfect spot! Beats a stuffy hotel room! Easy walk to restaurants, 5 min car ride to grocery stores, shopping and activities.

Minimum Age Requirement: Guests must be at least 21 years old to rent.
No pets allowed, no exceptions.

*Maximum occupancy is 4 guests (including children/babies). This is a fire code regulation and cannot be exceeded.

This beach retreat is situated just across the street from the beautiful beach. Inside, you'll find an inviting open-concept living, sleeping, and dining area featuring a queen bed and a sofa that converts into an additional bed. The kitchen is well-equipped with essential appliances and kitchenware. The bathroom offers a modern stand-up shower, a vanity with a mirror, and all the necessary amenities. Large sliding glass doors lead to a patio with a table, chairs, and a charcoal grill. The community pool is just steps away, making this cottage the perfect getaway for those seeking a cozy beach experience, surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers.

Please note that over time, certain items may be upgraded and replaced for the better, so the decor, rugs and lighting may differ from what is depicted in the pictures. This cottage sleeps 4, regardless of age.

The Area:
Nantucket Rainbow Cottages is located in Crystal Beach, Destin, FL, one of the most sought-after vacation destinations in the area. Destin is famous for its emerald-clear waters and is known as the "luckiest fishing village." Crystal Beach offers some of the most beautiful beaches in the United States, featuring stunning white sand and crystal-clear water where you can see your feet while wading. The cottage is conveniently located at the intersection of Crystal Beach Dr and Scenic 98. This picturesque area feels like stepping into a magazine, perfect for leisurely strolls or bike rides along Scenic 98, enjoying the beach, or swimming in the community pool. Grocery stores (including Publix and Whole Foods), Destin Commons, restaurants, and various activities are all less than a mile away. Silver Sands Premium Outlet and Destin Harbor (Harbor Walk Village) are just 5 miles away, making this cottage an ideal location for your stay.

We adhere to all cleaning and sanitation procedures in compliance with CDC recommendations.

This cottage is not baby or toddler-proof. We provide outlet covers and cabinet locks for your convenience. Guest are not allowed to cover ring cameras.

Please be aware that only emergency maintenance requests will be addressed if the unit is occupied. Minor issues will be resolved between guest check-outs to minimize contamination risks.

Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Most guests do check out on time, but my cleaner also works for others and typically gets to my place around 1 PM. She needs adequate time to clean thoroughly. I completely understand that everyone hopes to check in early, I do too, even as an owner. However, I can’t rush my cleaner. Please understand that check-in remains at 4 PM. If the place happens to be ready earlier, you’re absolutely welcome to check in then.
