We've just completed a total renovation on this beautiful beachfront condo including a BRAND-NEW KITCHEN and REMODELED BATHROOMS! Comfortable new furniture and decor welcome you to settle in and relax. You'll appreciate the new soft white paint and gorgeous tile floors throughout this beautiful space!
NO CROWDS! There are only 27 condos in the building that share the LARGE PRIVATE BEACH.
An ideal condo for 2-3 families with children - we sleep up to 9 people (7 in beds and 2 on the sofa sleeper).
Emerald Dunes is one of the best SMALL complexes in Destin's Crystal Beach area! Located right across from Camille's restaurant.
Added bonus: this ENTIRE RESORT is NON-SMOKING. That means you can sit by the pool, on the beach and on your balcony and not have to smell anyone smoking!
This condo is our second home, and we invite you to use it as your own. Our 3-bedroom condo on the 4th floor is open and airy with beautiful furniture and decor. It has a nice open kitchen with granite countertops, front-loader washer/dryer, and BEACHFRONT KING BEDROOM SUITE. It has a balcony off the living room where you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee while watching the dolphins frolicking or have an evening cocktail watching the sunset. Our condo is the perfect place for your family to use alone or to share with friends.
Because we have 2 KING suites, both with King-size beds, attached baths and Smart TVs, neither couple will have to sacrifice the “bigger bed.” The third bedroom is perfect for another couple or children with a Queen bed and a single upper bunk. You will be pleasantly surprised by all the 'extras' in our home that you would not normally find in a rental unit. No need to pack up your porta-crib, highchair, or sand toys, we have them all! And of course, you will love the white sand Destin beach that is just footsteps away.

KING BEDROOM #1 and Attached Private Bathroom
The Master suite has a King size bed with AMAZING views of the water from the bed. The beds are made with comfortable Egyptian cotton sheets. You'll also appreciate 2 nightstands, reading lamps, a dresser and Smart TV.
The attached dressing area features a large, walk-in closet and a large vanity, mirror & sink, which nicely optimizes bathroom time since one can be showering and the other can be getting ready—which leaves you with more time to spend on the beach! The private ensuite bathroom has just been updated with a large step-in shower and a private commode room. There's another new vanity and sink in here, so it's a comfortable space to share.

KING BEDROOM #2 and Attached Bathroom
The KING Bedroom 2 has a King size bed with Egyptian cotton sheets, 2 nightstands, reading lamps, and a Smart TV. There is a large dresser and closet here too - so unpack and make yourself at home.
The attached full bathroom has a tub/shower combination, hair dryer and large fluffy bath towels. This bathroom has a second door to the hallway and is shared with Bedroom #3 guests.

BEDROOM # 3
Our third bedroom is a unique layout that can accommodate another couple in a Queen bed, or it would be a great spot for up to 3 children. It features a regular queen bed on the bottom and a twin-size upper bunk (with a regular twin mattress). There's also a closet, a nightstand and a Smart TV.
This bedroom shares the full bathroom with the 2nd master.

LIVING ROOM
In our main living area, we have a brand-new queen-size sofa sleeper with reading lamps nearby, we also have additional comfortable seating, making this a great space to gather and enjoy beachfront living. We also have a Smart TV, a DVD player and a Bluetooth docking station so you can listen to your favorite tunes on your phone. The living room opens up to our balcony via sliding glass doors.

BALCONY
Our balcony features 4 chairs and two low tables, so you can sit and enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverages and take in the beach views. The balcony faces directly south so you can enjoy the morning sunrise and the evening sunset right from the balcony!

FULLY RENOVATED KITCHEN
January 2024 -Our kitchen renovation is complete with all NEW cabinets offering plenty of storage, granite counters, and a new island facing the ocean views! It's also one of the best equipped you'll ever find in a rental! Start your day off right with a cup of coffee on your private balcony. We have a Keurig & regular drip coffee maker. We also have a blender that will grind all of your ice for frozen drinks, toaster, hand mixer, and the other usual appliances, including a stainless-steel refrigerator that's conveniently located near the island and easy to access from the dining table.
You'll appreciate having ample Bone China, glasses, forks, etc. so you don't have to wash your breakfast dishes before you eat lunch. We have Viking professional pots and pans and assorted baking pans. We also supply many “extras” such as cleaning products, trash bags, aluminum foil, and plastic wrap.
The Dining area features a table and 6 chairs and 3 bar stools.

EXTRAS in our CONDO
For your convenience, we also have a washer and dryer, and iron and ironing board. A starter pack with one roll of paper towels, and one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom is provided, as well as basic cleaning supplies.
And if you would like to keep up with friends, family or work while you are away, we provide free high-speed internet and WIFI.

*Centrally located on Scenic Gulf Drive in Crystal Beach (near Destin Commons and right across from Camille's Restaurant and Coffee Shop), it is very close to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping.
Emerald Dunes is designated as a smoke-free, tobacco-free and e-cigarette-free environment. This includes all interior and exterior areas of the resort, including but not limited to the condos, parking lot, swimming pool area, hot tub & barbeque area.
This resort does not allow pets.

Snowbird Special 🌴 – Discounted monthly rates are available from November through February. Escape the cold and enjoy extended stays by the beach!

🏡 House Rules for Emerald Dunes Condo 402
Rental Agreement and Security Verification: Must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
Occupancy: Max 9 guests (7 in beds, 2 on sofa sleeper).
Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 25+ and stay the entire trip.
No Smoking: Emerald Dunes is a 100% smoke-free and vape-free property, indoors and outdoors.
No Pets: Pets are not allowed in the condo or at Emerald Dunes Resort.
Quiet Hours: Please respect quiet hours and neighbors at all times.
Beach Gear: Enjoy private beach access; personal setups must be behind rental chairs.
Towels & Linens: Keep bath towels inside. Please place used towels in the bathrooms before checkout.
Trash: Bag and dispose of all trash properly in provided bins.
Balcony Use: Enjoy the balcony responsibly — no hanging items over the railings.
Parking: Use designated parking only. Parking passes must be displayed at all times.
Departure: Turn off lights, TVs, appliances, and securely lock doors when you leave.
