Beachfront condo in heart of Destin with spectacular beach and shoreline views
Enjoy beachfront access and multiple views from a newly-renovated end-unit on the 17th floor at Pelican Beach Resort.
The primary bedroom has a king bed, 55" Roku TV and sliding door access to the large balcony. The ensuite primary bathroom has a tub/shower combination.
The second bedroom has a queen bed, 50" Roku TV and a window with views over the Destin Harbor and all the way to Crab Island. There is access to the second bathroom from the second bedroom and from the living area. The second bathroom has a shower.
The large sofa in the living room is a new "sleep between the arms" queen sleeper with a premium 8.5" thick mattress.
The living area features oversized sliding doors to the balcony and fantastic views of the beach and resort pools. Because this is an end unit, it also has a large floor-to-ceiling window facing North with views over Destin and Choctawhatchee Bay, all the way to the Mid=Bay Bridge. There is a 60" Roku TV and board games.
Pelican Beach Resort features easy private beach access and a Café, convenience market and a Tiki Bar and Grill in season. There are three pools, including a new zero-entry pool right next to the beach, two hot tubs and a kid's pool. There is also a well-equipped gym with a sauna and steam room. Outside, there is a large grilling area with gas grills, tennis and pickleball courts, a covered parking garage and EV charging stations.

Well Appointed Condo
Easy booking, check in and check out process. Condo was clean, well appointed and updated. Nice side view of the beach made for beautiful moon gazing and sunrises. Longer walk to the elevators due to nearby elevator being out of working order to be updated. It still wasn’t terribly inconvenient. Host checked in on us on our first day which was nice. Convenient beach side food and beverage service was also available. Nice condo and relaxing stay.
