Third floor end unit condo with UNOBSTRUCTED views of The Gulf of Mexico from the private wraparound balcony with wonderful outdoor seating and eating area. Located on the third (top) floor. (No neighbors above.). Peaceful and situated on the quiet end of Scenic 98! Wi-Fi! Smart TV! Beach Chairs, Beach Umbrella, and Beach Toys are included! Pack N Play provided upon request.
From the moment you walk into the condo, the Gulf view welcomes you with the mesmerizing views. Enjoy the serenity of enjoying your morning coffee on your private balcony while you watch the sunrise and sunset.
There is a well-maintained swimming pool and hot tub. BBQ grills and picnic tables are also located on the property.
The condo has a spacious kitchen which is fully stocked, and all your linens are provided except beach blankets & beach towels. The appliances are newer. The décor is bright, clean, and Coastal. There's a Smart TV in the Living Room and a TV in the Master Suite which features a King size bed and its own full bathroom. Bedroom #2 features 2 Queen size beds, dressers, private bath, and a TV.

It has a fully equipped kitchen. There is a nice view across the road to the beach. Access to the beach was also easy. It was quiet and a very enjoyable stay.

Overall, we had a wonderful time and enjoyed the location and layout of the unit. Perfect location and loved having easy access to both pool and beach. Appreciated the onsite beach accessories such as boogie boards, chairs, and sand toys. Unfortunately, the in-unit washer broke the day before we arrived and was unable to be fixed during our stay which was frustrating. Not only was it inconvenient (having three small children) but also took away time and money for the laundromat. Would also recommend some simple kitchen accessories such as a dry rack and Tupperware as there was none provided.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach property! It was clean, and the location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach. The space was comfortable and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the ocean. Highly recommend!
