This spacious 6 bedroom, 4.5 bath beach house in Destiny East is situated a short walk or ride to beach access! Beach Blast has a main 4BR/3.5BA home plus a 2BR/1BA carriage house, both with full kitchens. The main house has 2 king bedrooms, a queen bedroom, a bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks, and a sleeper sofa. There is also a king bedroom, twin bunk room, and sleeper sofa in the carriage house.

* The renter must be over the age of 25. No Exceptions. *

- Golf Cart Rental available for $495 per stay. There is no refund or reimbursement if golf carts are unavailable for unseen circumstances such as maintenance.

*Pets are subject to approval for a $100.00 pet fee.*

Perfect for our large crew!!

The houses and set up were perfect for our crew. Enough space for everyone. We were worried about being on top of each other and that was not the case. The house is just a few houses away from the pool. Parents and kids loved that. We could multiple times a day without having to make long trips. The trip to the beach with littles is not horrible, but the littles were not a fan. Other than that everything was great!

I want to start by highlighting how responsive the property owner was throughout my stay, which was a definite plus.Cleanliness of the property and the beautifully maintained landscaping in the gated community were impressive, the lawn care professionals were friendly.However, I was quite disappointed with the overall condition of the house itself. While it had the necessary space and bedrooms, the pictures on the listing did not accurately represent the reality.We encountered several issues, including broken light fixtures, mismatched stained toilets, stained walls and ceilings, malfunctioning smoke detectors, and torn window screens.The bathrooms were particularly unacceptable.On the first day, the golf cart unexpectedly stopped working while we were on Scenic Highway, which was not only embarrassing but dangerous as cars had to maneuver around us.Despite being fully charged, it failed to function properly.The property owner was responsive once again, arranging for the golf cart to be moved while several kind passersby helped us until the tow truck arrived.One of the main reasons we chose this rental was the inclusion of the golf cart, and this situation caused us to miss a meet-and-greet with the rest of our party.Given the price paid for this rental in such a lovely community, I was left feeling quite disappointed. Out of 4 rentals booked, this was the worst. I sincerely hope the owner undertakes necessary repairs and inspections to prevent future guests from being misled
