• We are located on the Destin Harbor - there are restaurants and bars across the Harbor from us and sound can travel over water. We have sound machines in each bedroom for light sleepers.

Our beach is a private sandy beach that doesn’t allow direct access to the water of the Destin Pass due to an environmental sea wall protecting the beach. There are public beach access points to the east and west of the complex that have direct access to the Destin Pass and the Gulf of Mexico for swimming, snorkeling, and lounging on the beach. Approximate walk time to the beach with Gulf access is 6-7 minutes (.25 miles) The pool is heated from March 10th - May 1st and October 1st to the Monday after Thanksgiving. Waterview Towers also has a marina located at the Destin Harbor, gated parking, two outdoor gas grills, free washer/dryer set on each floor, and a fully equipped exercise room that overlooks a fenced tennis court. Another amazing amenity is the ice machine to fill your cooler – bag of ice also available at no charge! Our gated condo offers parking for up to 2 cars per reservation. Boat trailers are not allowed and will need to be stored offsite.

• You must provide your boat registration & proof of insurance to the HOA a week prior to arrival, together with completing a Marina agreement.

THE FINE PRINT
• Minimum Age: This property requires a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 stay at the property throughout the entire rental term. The primary guest is responsible for all additional guests.
• Pet Free Property - Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the NO PET policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges. Our building does not allow guest pets and Emotional Support Animals are not required to be allowed by law in vacation rentals.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that must be signed within 48 hours. All your arrival information will be included in this information for an easy and organized vacation experience!
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM. You will be notified automatically on arrival day if the property is available for early arrival – fees may apply.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be in your arrival instructions at check in time.
• Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver for separate purchase or a security deposit hold – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We offer optional post booking travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony
• Max number of guests includes guests of all ages including infants/children to comply with our vacation rental permit, HOA laws, and local fire code laws. Exceeding the guest count is grounds for immediate eviction with no refund.
• All guests booking through the Airbnb booking platform will be required to upload a valid ID for check-in purposes.
• Photos include staging before professional photography.

*Departure instructions – We do not have long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
