Welcome to the Emerald Grande at HarborWalk Village! THE most beautiful Full Service Resort in Destin, FL., where you don't need to drive anywhere because everything you need for an amazing family vacation, is located right here and in walking distance! Park, Stay & Play! Upon arrival, you will check in at the 24 hr front desk where you will be greeted with a bellman to help bring all your luggage to your condo.
This gorgeous, upscale and newly renovated, 3 Bedroom, 3 Bathroom Water Front Condo offers plenty of room for 8 guest when using the sleeper sofa. It has two private balconies to watch dolphins play and boats passing by on their way to the Gulf of Mexico or Crab Island!
The large kitchen includes breakfast bar with bar sink, all stainless steel appliances complete with full size oven/stove, side by side refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig & 12 cup drip coffee maker. The cabinets are fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, bakeware, silverware, small appliances and everything you will need for cooking family dinners to blending frozen concoctions!
The Primary Master Suite has a King bed with private balcony and a huge ensuite bathroom with large, corner soaking tub, separate shower and double vanity. The Secondary Master Suite has a King Bed, Balcony Access to the main balcony, and an ensuite bath complete with walk in shower. The 3rd Bedroom has a Queen Bed with access to a 3rd full bathroom with walk in shower. Each bedroom has their own TV.
Take the Emerald Grande Beach Shuttle to the private beach complete with beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels. (2 Chairs, 1 Umbrella per guest are included). No need to pack up ice chest or beach gear....just bring your sunscreen, relax and order food and beverages from the beach attendant.

Emerald Grande on the Emerald Coast

Truly wonderful accomodations. Never would have imagined a condo with hotel amenities but, that's exactly what it is and it was absolutely perfect for my family. Clean, quiet, convenient, and very nicely appointed. Lots of nearby attractions and activities for kids (and adults) of all ages. Would also be ideal for a romantic getaway for a couple. 10/10, would do it again.

Great unit for our family of 5 adults. Pool and beach access was great. So many restaurants and bars within minutes. This unit is facing the highway so it’s a bit loud and really wasn’t good for sitting on balcony due to noise level. We spent so little time at the unit so it was fine. The sofa bed frame was broken but we just put the mattress on the floor. There was no shampoo/body wash or conditioner but the front desk gave us enough for the 3 bathrooms.

Great stay for a destination wedding/family reunion

Everything was perfect except the check in. My brother arrived before my son and I and was not allowed to check in since it was under my name. I had given the VRBO owner the names of everyone staying in our room but they failed to give the names to the desk at the Emerald Grand. Check in was at 4:00pm, my brother arrived at 2:00 waited patiently until 4:00.... finally at 5:00 through communication via mobile phone, a copy of my drivers license and questions answered the desk finally gave my brother the key. My son and I did not arrive until 6:00pm due to traffic. I do believe things like this could be averted. Other than this incident, the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. Our room was clean and just as pictured in the VRBO advertisement.

Great location for a fun vacation

The property is located on an ideal location with easy access to activities, restaurants and entertainment. Downside, traffic noise can be a bit annoying since this unit is located by the freeway. Great views make up for it though! A perfect place for a family vacation for all ages. Some furniture updating would take it up another notch. Overall we had a great stay!

Having stayed at EG many times, I found this unit adequate in comparison to most others. The unit itself was very nice with a great view of crab island. Kitchen was well set up and indoor furniture was nice. Condo Condition: The patio furniture could you an update. The television cable boxes in two bedrooms had to be unplugged and reset/rebooted. Bad batteries in one remote that had to be replaced. For 3500+/week, these are things that should be addressed before the renter arrives in my opinion. I would definitely stay again, but will mention these annoyances before hand.

We arrived earlier then the check in time at 4, so about 12-1 pm and the only thing I can say which could of been better is maybe if the unit is ready even a hour before 4 it would be nice to have a call to check in to the unit a little earlier. The screen going to the patio had a hole in it and I’m nervous that they didn’t notice that before I arrived because I wouldn’t want to get blamed for it. Other wise I loved it, thank you

Good Location

Enjoyed the stay. Plenty of room for my wife and I along with the two kids. Not having to drive everywhere is a very good benefit. However, the coffee maker did not work. I did improvise, I boiled water and used the filter and did a poor over using the coffee maker.. The TVs have multiple remotes so getting them to work proved impossible. In addition, the TV in my sons room was broken. We enjoyed the stay, but I think next time we will try another location.
