The master bedroom is on the main floor with a king bedroom suite, new Beauty Rest Pressure Smart Lux king mattress, and full adjoining bath with new walk in shower. It has a 55” Smart TV with DVD player. The 2nd floor loft bedroom has a twin suite with a full private bath, HD TV and DVD player, and a nice ocean view. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and is fully stocked with appliances, pots/pans, dishes and utensils. The kitchen has both an automatic drip coffee maker and a single cup Keurig. Soaps, coffee filters, cleaning and paper products are furnished. A spacious countertop with 4 bar stools opens up into the living area which is equipped with a large 65” wall-mounted HD smart TV, Blu-ray player, and a comfortable queen COZY sleeper sofa. Glass French doors lead to a partial beach view from the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a busy day.

Crystal Beach has been a favorite destination spot for several years because of the sheer beauty of the sugar white beaches, the clear emerald waters, the low traffic and small crowds. Caribbean Dunes is conveniently located near the Destin Commons, Rave Theaters, Bass Pro Shop, bowling alleys, and many shops & restaurants in every direction. Shopping options are numerous at the Commons and surrounding area within blocks of the condo. San Destin and the Silver Shells shopping outlet mall are located just minutes to the east. Harbor Walk Village along with numerous restaurants and shops are just minutes to the west down 98. There are many local favorite restaurants along Scenic 98 as well. Camille's is right next door and Henderson Beach Resort is a block away. Captain Dave's, Pompano Joe's, Kenny D’s, and the Crab Trap are just a short drive down the road to the east as well. Numerous restaurants and shopping are just a couple of blocks away. Destin and The Emerald Coast are home to many golf courses, boat tours, jet ski & boat rentals, parasailing & snorkeling adventures. There is never a shortage of exciting things to do!

Shirah Street public beach access is directly across the street from the condo building. One-half block to the left is the Shores at Crystal Beach access (across from Camille's) which provides a larger public beach area, showers, restrooms, and chair/umbrella rental in the warmer months. A short walk to the west is the beautiful and quiet Henderson Beach. Be sure to observe the BEACH WARNING FLAGS located on the pole entering the beach access before entering the water. Do NOT enter the ocean if there is a double red flag!
