Chill by the newly-renovated outdoor pool and enjoy seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), and an outdoor tiki bar. Maintain your fitness regime in the exercise room. SunDestin Unit 1410 is a beautiful one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their  stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.

The room was perfect for what we needed and offered a perfect view of the beach and ocean. We saw dolphins every day from our balcony. The property is walking distance to several beach shops, mini golf, and several restaurants. The Back Porch is just down the beach and had some of our favorite food and drinks from the week.

Beautiful view, terrible construction

The room was absolutely lovely, but the outdoor pool, both hot tubs, and splash pad were all closed for construction that lasted all day long. We often woke to grinding and sanding, it was so loud you couldn’t stay on the property during the day. I actually felt really bad for visitors with young children. It became a joke with most of the guests. The restaurant was fantastic. We ate there 3 times during our 5 day stay.

This Condo was clean, easy to access and everything that we were looking for. It had plenty of dishes, cookware ect. Plenty of towels and everything worked as it should. I was not the biggest fan of the ac unit being on the porch, but it ended up being ok. Loved the location and that there was a restaurant and bar onsite. Overall it was a great stay and very relaxing. Almost forgot, The bed was super comfy.

Ocean view was perfect! But the resort never advised it was under construction! The outdoor pool wasn't available! The internet was OFF/ON during the entire stay!! And parking was ridiculous because of construction!!

We only had the pleasure of staying in this unit one night (due to double booking of our other room). We loved everything about it! I especially loved that there was a bath tub (perfect for the kids), and carpet in the bedrooms (helps SO much with keeping sand out of the beds). One thing that kind of stinks (to no fault of the owner)- the washers and dryers are \'community-style\', and there is only one in the area. It\'s hard to find a time when they are not being used. Overall, we absolutely loved this unit and we would definitely stay here again!
