This ground floor condo situated directly on the beautiful beaches of the Gulf of Mexico has sweeping views, and your own patio so you can walk right out to the white sandy beach! At 840 square feet, you will enjoy the 1 bedroom, along with a hallway bunk alcove and 2 bathrooms. This beautiful condo will sleep up to 6 people. It features tile thru out the condo and a living/dining room looking right out to your patio. The fully equipped, updated kitchen with Granite counter tops will be a joy to entertain in. This condo also has a washer/dryer for your convenience. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and there is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. So, come relax and enjoy this beach front condo that also offers a heated Beach Side swimming pool, a jacuzzi, and a gas grill area for your use. This is a non-smoking condo. To book you must be over 25 years of age or have a legal guardian staying in the unit the entire stay.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

Beautiful walkout to beach, pool, or hot tub. Literally just feet away

Easy check in process, clean well maintained unit. Very quiet all day and night outside on the balconies. Perfect stay. Would go back anytime

Pictures reflect condo. Amazing hardworking staff. Great beach location. Condo was clean and orderly. Suggest having a broom available in condo to be able to sweep out the sand on porch and in condo. Will stay here again for sure!

Very nice condo

The condo is great. It has been recently remodeled and they did a great job. Plenty of room for our family of four. My teens loved the bunk beds and we all loved the fact that there were two full bathrooms. My wife loved the washer and dryer in the master bathroom. The condo is on the first floor and you can be at the pool or on the beach in seconds. My only complaint is that the unit is right next to the hallway that all the 2nd and 3rd floor units use to access the pool and beach, as well as the enclosure with the hot tub, so there is lots of foot traffic around the patio.
