Schönes und nett eingerichtetes Apartment in guter Lage, leider etwas laut.

Das Apartment ist freundlich und angenehm eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, sogar Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Mehl usw. Duschshampoo war auch vorhanden. Alles war super gepflegt und sauber. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und wir haben alle wichtigen Informationen zeitnah erhalten. Die Lage in Dessau war toll, direkt an den Meisterhäusern und dem Georgium. Das Bauhaus Gebäude nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Zur Elbe und zur Innenstadt waren es zu Fuß ca. 20min. Allerdings liegt die Wohnung doch an einer etwas lauteren Straße und die zwar vorhandenen gedämmten Fenster waren leider nicht so gut. Kommt darauf an wie empfindlich man ist, für zwei oder drei Nächte war es für mich in Ordnung.

Schöne und gute Fewo mit guter Raumaufteilung.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung wohlgefühlt, ein Bäcker in der Nähe für die Frühstücksbrötchen und ein sehr gutes Griechisches Restaurant waren vorhanden. Der vorhandene PKW-Parkplatz ist ideal. Die Wohnung liegt an einem ovalem Kreisverkehr, durch die 3-fache Schallschutzverglasung bekommt man vom Verkehr recht wenig mit. Vermisst haben wir eine kleine Mappe mit Informationen wo was zu finden ist, wie mit dem Müll zu verfahren ist, Buslinien usw. Die Kommunikation und der Emailverkehr mit Fewo-direkt.de war grauenhaft, über diese Plattform werden wir nie wieder buchen.
