Located 200m from the Deshaies Botanical Garden, on the edge of the tropical forest, you will enjoy a unique view of the Kawane islet. You will appreciate the volumes of this semi-footed villa of 200 m2.
On each floor its atmosphere:
On the ground floor, the secure swimming pool, its 150 m2 wooden terrace, its gallery equipped with a large garden furniture and hammocks which communicate with a large living room / kitchen / bar for your cocktail preparations. On this level, you will also find 2 bedrooms and 1 shower room / WC.
Upstairs, a large terrace for dining and a lounge area for lounging. Inside, an equipped kitchen, a large TV lounge, 3 bedrooms including 1 master bedroom with dressing room and shower room / WC and 1 separate shower room / WC.
All rooms are air conditioned and fitted with mosquito nets.
The swimming pool is fitted with an outdoor shower and a security barrier.
To be pleasant, you will find a welcome basket on your arrival which will allow you to enjoy a 1st drink by the pool and the 1st breakfast after a night's rest.
