CHILD TRAVEL ITEMS: Being a small family business, we love hosting and accommodating all of our guests, especially our younger ones! We do provide pack and plays and high chairs complimentary for our little guests with a 24 hour notice in advance at minimum prior to your check in date. For any other items such as strollers, car seats, children toys or anything along those lines, we have partnered with a local vendor that can be of assistance, and to please reach out to our team for details. PARKING: We have 2 parking spots in the garage, 2 in the driveway and 2 along the property on the street.
POOL|SPA: Pool: $100/daily fee (to include spa) to 82 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee) Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let us know at least 24hrs in advance. When pool heating payment is made, pool and spa will be at the same temperature. Spa will be heated to desired temperature on demand by guest via spa controller. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee cannot be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to end of May (weather dependent).
FESTIVALS: Please note for the right group we are willing to give a special discount for Coachella and Stagecoach. Referrals and repeated guests will be rewarded with 5-10% discount, depending on the time of the year. All festival bookings are non-refundable.

Desert Hot Springs Oasis
This place was nothing short of amazing. My wife and I had the best time! The house is exactly what you see in the pictures. The view from the back, no pictures will do it justice . It was serene. My wife and I didn’t want to leave and we will definitely book this property when we go back to the area in the future. Anna was phenomenal and very responsive. We had no issues whatsoever with communication. Check in and check out processes were both very defined and made our lives easier. 11 out of 10 as far as we’re concerned.
