Our Unit features:
* Gated Entrance
*Co-host lives on property
*Ring Security Camera Surveillance
*Centrally located, 2 mile radius of restaurants, gas station, banks, laundromat.
* Kitchenette ( No full stove) but we do have a small induction cook top and microwave.

Our location can be a perfect fit for those in town for work
Desert Hot Springs is a small no frills kind of town, but in recent years it has been undergoing lot's of improvements and beautification projects.
Not to mention it is world renowned for its wonderful spas and mineral water. The neighborhood has a mixed crowd. If you want a beautiful, clean place to call home while on a job assignment and feel comfortable being around people from all walks of life then this is your place. On site co-host is available to offer assistance. Parking is limited to one compact only. Please note that this property does have low water pressure.
The apartment is air-conditioned and features a kitchenette and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a coffee maker and an ironing board.
