Yes. Full ranch reservations include private use of the three homes and the surrounding 107-acre property.



➤ Can we host retreats or gatherings?

Yes, the property is often used for retreats, family reunions, & large group excursions. We provide an incredible list of vendors to coordinate private experiences such as chefs, sound bath, body work, massages, etc.



➤ Is parking available?

Yes. Free parking is available throughout the property.



➤ Are pets allowed?

Pets may be allowed for an additional fee. Please confirm with the host before booking.

Guest Access:

Guests reserving the ranch enjoy access to the full property including the three homes, hot springs soaking areas, lakes, trails, and the Yerxa Town gathering space. Certain storage and operational areas remain locked for staff use.



The Neighborhood:

Only 20 mins from P.S. Intl Airport. 5 mins from grocery stores, restaurants and bars in Desert Hot Springs.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for exploring the surrounding desert and nearby towns like Palm Springs and Joshua Tree. The oasis ranch itself is expansive, with paths connecting the homes, soaking areas, lakes, and trails.



Other Things to Note:

The property includes lakes, ponds, and water features without barriers. Please supervise children carefully around water areas. A waiver and release of liability is required upon booking confirmation. Exterior security cameras are present at the front gate for your safety.

The Western Town is a shared space with other day goers. If you’d prefer a private town experience, it’s available for an additional fee.



Interaction with Guests:

We give you gate and door codes prior to arrival, and respect your privacy during your stay. If anyone is on the Ranch it would be a maintenance person. We send you check-in instructions and videos, to let you know how to find everything and how to operate the Onsen-Style flow through soaking pools and indoor wave pool. If you need anything during your stay you can text us at the ranch phone number, and we can call or text you back, and we are nearby in case we need to visit. Private mobile massage and bodywork services, sound bath services, and private chef services also available - ask us for referrals.
