Charming mid century bungalow retreat with pool available for 30+day stays. Located minutes from hiking trails, mineral springs, golf courses, and musical, sporting and art events. Brand new Trane HVAC system. Secure, gated paved yard with parking. The large pool is unheated and is cleaned and serviced twice a week year-round. Only 20 minutes to downtown Palm Springs and 34 minutes to Joshua Tree National Park. A doggy door leads to a secure large backyard. With its mountain views, serene setting, swimming pool set away from the house, and some of the best natural hot springs only a few blocks away, it offers an environment to recharge and rejuvenate.
