In the south of Lake Garda tradition meets modernity. This spacious holiday apartment offers enough space for 7 persons and belongs to a residential complex of 12 units in the tranquil village of Desenzano del Garda, less than one kilometre from Lake Garda. The rooms include 2 double bedrooms, an attic with a single bed, a bathroom and a living room with adjoining kitchen and sofa bed for 2 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi and satellite/cable TV. In the spacious garden of Villa dei Colli Storici with its old olive trees there is also a shared swimming pool (open from June to October) as well as comfortable deck chairs. The nearest restaurant is only a 4-minute walk away (300 m), the closest supermarket a 4-minute drive by car (2,2 km). The beach, La Zettera, is 1,1 km away from the holiday apartment (a 15-minute walk).

Moderne eingerichtete, top renovierte Wohnung

Pros: Die Wohnung Acero war sehr sauber, hochwertig und modern eingerichtet. Klimaanlage, WLan, Küche, Bad - alles hat perfekt funktioniert. Der Gartenbereich samt Pool ist sehr gepflegt und ansprechend. Besonders freundlich war Paola an der Rezeption, die wirklich hilfsbereit und Ansprechpartnerin für jedes Anliegen war und immer helfen konnte. Die Parkplätze sind ausreichend und innerhalb des abgeschlossenen Geländes. Der Check-in und -out funktionierte professionell und ganz problemlos. Von der Villa aus kann man mit dem Auto Supermärkte, den See und vieles Weitere gut und unkompliziert erreichen. Wir haben hier wunderschöne, entspannte Sommertage verbracht. Cons: Wenn wir hier überhaupt etwas erwähnen müssen, dann die Tatsache, dass die Wohnung (1. Stock) keinen eigenen Balkon hat. Man kann zwar diverse Tische im Garten benutzen, aber z.B. zum Essen muss man alles die Treppen runter an der Rezeption vorbeitragen. Dies ist aber in der Anzeige der Wohnung auch beschrieben, also kein Mangel und wurde nur von uns subjektiv als kleiner Nachteil empfunden.
