On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a small living area furnished with a double sofa bed, perfect for moments of comfort and togetherness, as well as a bathroom complete with all amenities and a shower box. A bright French door opens onto the private, tastefully furnished garden, ideal for outdoor dining or peaceful relaxation. The sleeping area includes a master bedroom with a bright window and a second bedroom with a bunk bed for two people, also with natural light. Free parking spaces are available outside the residence, while complimentary Wi-Fi and air conditioning ensure maximum comfort throughout your stay.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, sign the mandatory contract with the online facility and perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages.

It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights.
It is forbidden to welcome minors unaccompanied by parents.
