Sommerurlaub zum Entspannen

Liebe Laura, liebe Manola, wir durften einen weiteren schönen Urlaub bei euch verbringen und haben uns wieder sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist wie nach Hause kommen, so herzlich wie wir empfangen wurden. Das Auto steht sicher in der Tiefgarage und die Wohnung ist top ausgestattet und gepflegt. Die sommerlichen Temperaturen lassen sich gut ertragen durch die Klimaanlage in Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer. Unsere Kinder hatte großen Spaß im Pool direkt vor dem Appartment. Aller guten Dinge sind 3 - wir freuen uns auf erholsame Tage bei euch im nächsten Jahr!

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sehr sauber und wirklich gut ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist sehr groß. Man merkt, dass es Laura sehr wichtig ist, dass ihre Gäste sich wohlfühlen. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich und bei Problemen oder Fragen kann man sich jederzeit an Laura wenden oder sie fragt nach, ob alles OK ist. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Vom Balkon aus schaut man direkt auf einen der 5 Pools. Ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Der Pool ist groß (glaube der Größte und Schönste von den 5) und selbst unsere Teenager Kinder fanden ihn sehr schön. Die Gartenanlage ist auch sehr schön und gepflegt. Zum See kann man laufen. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit und würden die Wohnung jederzeit nochmal buchen.

Schöner Aufenthalt

Das Appartement ist wie im Internet beschrieben. Die Begrüßung durch Laura war sehr freundlich und uns wurde alles erklärt und gezeigt, auch wenn die Kommunikation etwas schwierig war, da Laura nur italienisch spricht. Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Wir haben eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer der Kinder vermisst und einen Toaster für das Frühstück. Das Elternbett ist für Personen über 1,85 m recht kurz. Der Pool ist sehr schön und sauber, allerdings gibt es dort keinen Schatten, so dass es in der Sonne sehr heiß werden kann. Für den Weg zum Hafen muss man eine halbe Stunde zu Fuß kalkulieren, gerade bei Hitze fährt man besser mit dem Auto und parkt am Hafen. Wir waren häufiger am nächstgelegenen Abschnitt des Sees, zu dem man ca. 20 min. läuft. Dort gab es eine nette kleine Strandbar, wo wir abends häufiger gesessen haben. Die Lage der Wohnung bietet zudem Ausflüge nach Verona, Mailand und Venedig an. Empfehlenswert ist auch ein Besuch des sehr hübschen Städtchens Salo (ca. 40 min. Fahrt mit dem Auto). Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt.

ein rundum perfekter Urlaub

Liebe Laura, liebe Manola! Wir sind schon viel gereist, waren an tollen Orten und hatten gute Unterkünfte aber so wie bei euch hat es uns noch nirgends gefallen. Es stimmte einfach alles, vom herzlichen Empfang, über die umfangreiche Ausstattung, moderne Einrichtung, Sauberkeit im Appartment, Klimaanlage, die gepflegte Anlage, der tolle Pool, der eigene Tiefgaragenplatz…und wenn es mal „brennt“, ist Laura stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Italien ist schön und hier die perfekte Unterkunft -Erholung pur. Wir freuen uns schon jetzt auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt!

Toller Urlaub in tollem Appartment

Wir haben das Appartement gebucht um viele Radtouren am Gardasee zu machen. Die Lage ist absolut hervorragend als Ausgangspunkt. Das Appartement ist sehr schön und ruhig gelegen in einer geschlossenen Appartementanlage mit seitlichem Blick auf den Gardasee. Zum See sind es ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß bzw. weniger als 5 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad. Für unser Auto / Fahrräder wurde uns ein abschließbarer Tiefgaragenparkplatz zur Verfügung gestellt. Die Wohnung verfügt in der Wohnküche und im Schlafzimmer über eine Klimaanlage, was uns bei einer Hitzewelle sehr geholfen hat. Die Wohnung hat super viel Stauraum im Flur und dem Schlafzimmer (da wir nur zu zweit gereist sind, haben wir das Kinderzimmer nicht genutzt). Das Appartement ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Toll war der Blick vom Balkon auf den großen Gemeinschaftspool. Laura und Manola waren tollen Ansprechpartner und sehr hilfsbereit. Fazit: wir würden es wieder buchen und finden es empfehlenswert.

Wunderbare Zeit!

Liebe Laura, wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit in Ihrer Ferienwohnung. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen, sehr gepflegten, modernen Appartementanlage ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß vom Gardasee entfernt. Mit fünf zur Verfügung stehenden Pools lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!!! Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und komfortabel mit Klimaanlage, Waschmaschine und Tiefgarage ausgestattet. Es war alles da, um einen tollen Urlaub zu verbringen!! Dankeschön dafür und auch für die sehr freundliche und nette Kommunikation zu jeder Zeit !! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Arrivederci!!

Laura's Apartement

Es war sehr schön und wir alle haben es sehr genossen. Eine tolle Anlage und sehr nette Vermieter. Alles war sehr gut, aber ein Sonnenschutz auf dem Balkon wäre sehr gut, da am Morgen die Sonne schon sehr brennt, dann könnte man auch schön draußen das Frühstück genießen.
