Alice In Lake Garda

The hotel was something out of Disney Land. Every person that walked passed it couldn't help but stop and admire. When I saw this hotel on here I had to book it because it just looked way too unique and quirky not to. The price might a bit high for what it is but it's worth it for the experience. We were picked up by the son of the owner for around 50 euros from Verona Airport, who is a great guy and fun to talk with. His mom is also super sweet and always checked if we were ok. We were also given a free lift to the train station when we checked out. The hotel is literally less than a minute walk to the Lake and less than 5 minutes to the food/shopping area. This was the first time I properly visit Lake Garda as I've only been once after my wedding day for a day trip and we LOVED it here. The hotel just makes it more special. I loved that we had table and chairs on the balcony outside where me and my wife shared a bottle of wine every night. The only down of where the hotel is is that it does not face the lake but just other buildings and a very very busy loud road sometimes at night because of bikers mainly. This hotel stands out from a mile away and you'll see why for yourself. It seems that each room is decorated differently which makes it more unique.

Quirky, friendly, immaculate.

Roberto collected us from the staton and on arrival at the hotel we were greeted with coffee and cake. The room was lovely, spotlessly clean with a really comfy bed. The hosts were very friendly, and helpful giving us maps and recommendations for our evening meal. The hotel itself was literally 2 minutes walk from the lake and only 5 minutes from the shops, and restaurants. It was amazing value for money and would definitely stay again.

Fuga Romantica nel posto ideale <3

Soggiorno romanticissimo in una mansardina arredata con gusto, come in una piccola favola. Ma tutto inizia dal cancello d'entrata della struttura, con un vialetto ben arredato ed un piccolo Pechinese che ti fa le festine. Si entra subito da una sala che poi sarà quella della colazione. L'arredamento è tutto particolarmente attento, tra pizzi, quadri, orologi, tendine, cuscini, statuette.. sembra di essere dentro alla casa di Mary Poppins. La camera era mansardata con il bagnetto all'interno. L'arredamento rispecchia quello di tutta la casa, come per i corridoi, i quali erano addobbati di quadri, orologi, cappellini, statuette. Non parliamo della colazione, abbondante e fatta in casa. La signora ci serviva ai tavoli scambiando anche 2 chiacchiere. Dolce e salato con un caffé speciale. tutto fantastico e buonissimo. Ci torneremo sicuramente. è stata una bellissima esperienza e posto ideale per festeggiare San Valentino

Yllätys varaus tähän hotelliin, mutta kannatti. Täysin ylivoimainen verrattuna muihin. Palvelu ainulaatuista, iloista, ketterää, henkilökohtaista suoraan sydämesta. Huone ihanan romanttinen, siisti. Aamupala aivan verraton, hedelmiä, juustoja, suolaista ja makeaa. Huippu hotelli. Ainutlaatuinen.

ROMANTISME à L'EXTRËME

Hôtel "COSY EXTRËME". On aime ou on n'aime pas. Pour ma part, c'était le top du top de voir, avec quel enchantement, la maîtresse de maison a arrangé ces lieux. C'est très original, unique en son genre. Cela sort de ce que l'on voit habituellement. Cà vaut le détour. En plus, elle a de magnifiques chats persans. Une nuit de rêves. Je reviendrai.

Kleines verspieltes Hotel

Ein Hotel mit ungewöhnlicher, mit Liebe zusammengestellte Ausstattung., das von Mutter und Sohn geführt wird. Jeder Wunsch wird umgehend erfüllt. Ein für Italien hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet mit allem was man sich wünscht. Die Lage an der Hauptstraße hat uns kaum gestört.

Skurilles Puppenhausadeventure

... wer gerne mal Barbie und Ken spielen möchte fühlt sich in diesem Hotel sicherlich sehr wohl. Wir hatten ein ROSA, WEISS gestrichenes Zimmer... meine Frau hat 5 min gelacht und ich stand ca. 10 Minuten unter Schock. Jedes Zimmer ist sehr individuell gestaltet, eines purpur, eines himmelblau, eines grün usw. Da wir nur 2 Nächte dort waren habe ich mich mit dem Schicksal abgefunden und im Zimmer einfach das Licht ausgelassen. Der Frühstücksraum ist genauso skurill. Plastiktorten auf dem Tisch, Plastikblumen usw... das ist wirklich sehr, sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett, das Frühstück war ausreichend da kann man nicht meckern (auch wenn ich mich frage was eine Eistorte dort zu suchen hatte die nach 30 minuten total geschmolzen war) Der sogenannte Parkplatz ist eine Seitenstraße und die Gastgeber weißen darauf hin, alles aus dem Auto zu nehmen, da sonst auch schon mal bei fremden Nummernschildern die Scheibe eingeschlagen wird... na Hipp Hipp Hurra, fühlt man sich doch wie zu Hause... ach so... das wirklich mit Abstand größte Manko ist die Lage. Es ist zwar nicht weit zum See liegt aber an der Hauptstrasse zum See und wenn Sie wie wir ein Zimmer nach vorne haben (und das sind fast alle) dann viel Spaß... packen Sie ordentlich Ohropax ein und lassen Sie nachts das Licht aus, wenn Sie es kurz anmachen und die rosa Tapette sehen ist erst recht nicht mehr an Schlaf zu denken. Würde ich nochmal dort übernachten? Nein, definitiv nicht.

Flott og annerledes BB i Desenzano

Flott og anderledes BB i Desenzano. Ligger vel ca 100-200 meter fra Gardasjøen og en liten stein strand. Noen minutters gange fra byens sentrum. Kjempe hyggelig vertskap som ga oss tips om spise steder og severdigheter. Selve rommet er flott med aircondition og wifii som virker supert. God frokost i under etagen med mange kaker for de som liker det. Gratis parkering i gaten.

Sehr liebevoll eingerichtetes Bed& Breakfast- die beste Unterkunft in Desenzano! Liegt sehr zentral, max. 2 Minuten zum Strand& Zentrum, kein PKW erforderlich. Liebevolle Einrichtung, sehr netter, persönlicher Service der Besitzer. Räder stehen kostenfrei zur Verfügung. Grandioses Frühstück mit allem drum und dran. Einrichtung und Ausstattung entschädigen für die leider recht laute Hauptstrasse. Verweilmöglichkeit im Garten.

Très bel accueil, boissons fraîches ou café, nous ont été offerts à notre arrivée. La chambre était conforme aux photos du site, propre. Le petit déjeuner copieux et aux goûts de tous, jus de fruits frais, pâtisseries maisons, du sucré, du salé. Et le plus c'est la gentillesse des hôteliers et leur capacité à s'exprimer très bien en anglais ou en français en plus de l'italien. Je recommande cet hôtel, au décor "kitsch" à souhait, mais très plaisant.

Not quite my cup of tea.

The owners had obviously put a lot of effort into converting this property and were anxious to please. However the décor would not be to everyone's taste. I appreciated the tea making facilities in the room, especially as the coffee at breakfast was disappointing. Good advice was offered on local restaurants. I did not like the washbasin being in the room rather than the bathroom but appreciated the large shower cubicle, apart from the fact that I could have had several showers in the time the water took to heat up. External security was good, so good that the only way I could gain entry on arrival was by telephoning.It was kind of the owners to offer me a lift to the station on departure but I should have trusted the trenitalia website rather than their local knowledge of train times.

Sehr Familienfreundliches Hotel mit schönem großem Zimmer mit Platz für die große Familie (wir sind 5 Personen). Super Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Ideal als Ausgangsort für Ausflüge. Gardaland und Safari Zoo sind in ca. 20 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Nur wenige Gehminuten vom See entfernt. Jeder Zeit wieder.

The best place in our practice

Very good hotel. In fact, it is a much more cosy hotel and room than on the photos. Nice and multifarious breakfasts. Good and quiet location near the lake, restaurants and center of the city. Very friendly and communicable hostess. It was very kind of her to help us with transfer from station and with luggage. She and her son gave us detailed information about the city. Thanks a lot!

Zauberhafter Aufenthalt am Gardasee

Das Haus ist neu renoviert und mit viel Liebe und Details eingerichtet. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es wurde täglich aufgeräumt, die Betten gemacht und Handtücher gewechselt. Die Besitzerin, die selbst die Gäste betreut, ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ausgezeichnet. Alles ist frisch und mit viel Liebe vorbereitet. Wir haben sehr wohl gefühlt.
