comfortable and safe

The property was perfect for me as I needed to be close to the hospital which was within walking distance to this location. Not really close to anything else but there was a few good restaurants around . I felt really safe at this apartment. They also have a great pool and BBQ area if are there in the summer .

Weekend Getaway

We had a wonderful weekend away in this perfect size apartment! Our car didn’t move the entire time we were there! We walked to the farmers market, dinner, brewery, morning coffee and even took in some art at the sculpture park. All within walking distance! The building is lovely with incredible views. Plenty of space, clean location, and very comfortable! Additionally; if you’re looking for a yummy and elegant but not snobby dinner spot I would recommend Django! It’s just a block away and simply delicious!!!!!

Weekend get away

Definitely would book again. The unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. Few restaurants within walking distance and coffee shop across the street. Disappointed the pool wasn’t open but understand host doesn’t have control of it☹️ Would stay again next time in Des Moines!
