Here you can start each day with a breathtaking view of the lake and mountains, in the relaxing silence of nature.

The Two-Room Apartment is located within a well-maintained residence, with only 34 apartments and wonderful common areas, including a panoramic solarium terrace perfect for sunbathing or enjoying a sunset over the lake, and a condominium garden rich with ornamental plants.

Inside you will find a modern and welcoming environment. The living area is bright and functional, with a fully equipped kitchen complete with refrigerator, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all the tools to cook excellent Italian-style dishes. The living area is completed by a dining table and a comfortable double sofa bed – ideal for relaxing after a day spent exploring excursions and villages.

The apartment has a double bedroom and a complete bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and WC.
