In the heart of Umbria,just 15 minutes far from Assisi, Perugia and Todi,is set our typical holiday farmhouse with pool and beautiful large garden.The farmhouse is situated on a green hilltop overlooking the Tiber valley,just 3 minutes far from Deruta,a town famous throughout the world for its art of ceramics.Everything has been recently restored maintaining the charm of the typical farmhouse,furnished in rustic style and perfectly reflecting the surrounding environment.The farmhouse Agriturismo Casale Il Colle is composed by 5 apartments,available from 2 to 5 persons; one apartment is called ORTO.

APARTMENT DESCRIPTION:The ORTO is an apartment on the first floor of 40 m² with independent entrance, double bedroom, kitchen-corner,TV and private bathroom with shower,there is rustic furniture.Extra single-bed can be added for a third person.Outside there is a private space in the garden with arbour furnished with garden tables and chairs.
The vacation home is heated and features a kitchen and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a private pool, a washing machine, and a coffee maker. Housekeeping is available on request.

Sopra un colle con vista magnifica, ma la strada per arrivare è sterrata, con una forte pendenza e senza illuminazione, è giusto che si sappia.Appena fuori Deruta, ma salire e scendere da lì non è comodo.L' appartamento è arredato con mobili spartani, il materasso è a molle e la pulizia sufficiente. Il tutto adeguato al prezzo.Marco un host disponibile e presente.

High Up & Amazing View

A cozy place high up with a beautiful, peaceful view lies a rustic cottage with a quaint atmosphere and in ground pool. A typical Italian scene where you want to sit outside with your variety meats, cheeses, and wine to relax and be grateful. Close to Deruta, Todi, and Orvieto. Marco and Barbara are gracious hosts with plenty of knowledge and kind hearts willing to help you in any way they can to make your stay that much more perfect. We only would have preferred better pillows (too flat) and towels, but otherwise, a stay that exceeded our expectations.

Posto incantevole immerso nella natura , tranquillità e quiete caratterizzano la struttura.Il sig.Marco una persona alla mano e colloquiare con lui è stato piacevole. Urlaub mit Garten und Pool

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Barbara und Marco empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen, ganz in der Nähe von Perugia, Todi und Assisi. Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt mit Olivenbäumen und zahlreichen Außensitzplätzen, perfekt zum Entspannen. Marco kümmert sich täglich um den wunderschönen Pool und den Garten. Liebe Barbara, lieber Marco, Ihr seid wundervolle Gastgeber, nett und hilfsbereit und und ihr hattet immer gute Tipps für uns! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Beautiful peaceful place for shorter stay

Very nice and friendly hosts! Communicating in english quite limited. We stayed three weeks in apartment that was said to be 40 qm in size. Unfortunately the real size of that apartment was only about 25 qm! That was sad because we wanted to have some extra space around us for longer stay. We didn't have enough storage space for our clothes and other things. Three weeks living in such a disorder was not so nice. In October the house was peacefull because of just few other quests. Our dog was very happy to been able to walk free in front of our apartment. The dirt road to the house was in bad condition. That might be a problem for someone having a car with lower ground clearance. Best thing in the house was the carden and percola of our apartment! Beautiful sunsets!
