This recently renovated villa offers a spacious open plan design, embracing spectacular panoramic views of the West Coast.
Take a dip in the ample pool or choose your spot on one of 6 sun loungers or 2 double daybeds to soak up some Caribbean sunshine. Nearby you will also find the comfortable kitchen patio, which offers a great place for morning coffee.
Or head to the rear of the property to to take in the amazing views of the turquoise Caribbean sea from a swinging chair. Here you will also find an outdoor bar/BBQ area along with a shaded 10-seater table perfect for al-fresco dining. Enjoy a rum punch or prosecco in the large sunken seating area with ice pit to keep your drinks perfectly chilled.
In the garden you will also find an avocado tree, mango tree and sweet/sour tree you can help yourself if the season's right. The sweet/sour fruit is great for dressings and even G&T.
From the upper or lower lounge, open up the bifold doors to enjoy the sea breeze and watch the boats sail by. Or count catamarans as you enjoy breakfast at the huge 10 seater mahogany wood table.
The modern open plan kitchen is well equipped with high end appliances, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and ice machine.

All bedrooms have both a ceiling fan and air-conditioning. Should you wish, Alexa devices are available for each bedroom, feel free to ask her to turn your air con on and off or to play some music.
The master suites are situated at each end of the villa - one with french doors and a walk through wardrobe to the en-suite shower room with LED mirror and shaver socket.
The second has master suite has double doors to the pool area and also an en-suite with double vanity units, LED mirror & shaver socket.
There are two beautifully furnished further bedrooms and a family bathroom complete with soaking tub, shower, LED mirror and shaver socket.

If you do decide to leave this beautiful haven, there are numerous dining options, many of which within walking distance - such as 'Il Tempio' an Italian fine dining restaurant favoured by the late Pavarotti.
The fantastic, 'La Cabane', a beachfront restaurant is just a short drive away, as is the world renowned 'The Cliff' restaurant and its sister restaurant 'Quattro Passi'.
The local supermarket is within walking distance or try 'Wellbecks Wellness Grocery Store' just a few minutes drive away. A little further along you will find Holetown, with numerous restaurants and beach bars along with luxury shopping and a large supermarket.
For delicious local cuisine you can eat in or take out from 'Wendy's' a family run eatery & bar a few minutes walk from the property.
