The hotel was clean and nice. Nothing special or spectacular. What bothered me was there was no WIFI in the rooms. you had to use a ethernet cord and they charged you for it. what hotel chain doesn't have WiFI yet?
The Ramada Encore is very close to the train station. The staff were incredibly helpful - they went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful visit to their area. Room was spotless.
