Here’s a strongly worded negative review based on your description: Terrible Experience – Would Never Stay Again My stay at this hotel was deeply disappointing from start to finish. The amenities were incredibly outdated, with worn-out refrigerator making a horrible noise at nights and a general feeling of neglect throughout the property. The plumbing was really bad and strange noises all night, making it impossible to rest comfortably. Breakfast was a complete disaster. The food was practically inedible, and to make matters worse, there wasn’t even enough for all guests. Most items were gone early, and what remained was cold and unappetizing. It felt like they made no effort to accommodate anyone. Parking was another unpleasant surprise. The front desk employees never reminded to pay for it and we discovered there was an extra charge, creating unnecessary frustration. The staff at the front desk showed zero concern, acting indifferent and unhelpful when issues were raised. To top it all off, the shuttle driver was extremely rude and unprofessional. He repeatedly emphasized that he “didn’t care” because he wasn’t an actual employee of Wingate by Wyndham, which perfectly reflected the overall attitude of this place—no accountability, no hospitality. This hotel badly needs management overhaul, customer service training. I would never recommend it to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere.

I needed an emergency place to stay, booked and arrived to this hotel within 15 minutes. I was checked in quickly. Room was clean, quiet, and well equipped. Water was hot. I left before breakfast, but shuttle was convenient and the driver was great.

Very nice place and the people were super... but parking was a hassle because the hotel doesn't own the parking lot so a 3rd party is involved and no phone number to speak to anyone. I've never heard of a hotel not owning their own parking lot but I guess it's a thing.
