I swear I’ve stayed here before a few years ago and it was much nicer, but it has definitely gone downhill since. It was fine for one night before an early flight, but with so many other options in the area at a similar price I will be sure to choose something else next time that doesn’t have rat boxes visibly placed everywhere (stairwells and dining areas). The shuttle was on time and efficient, but was also quite filthy and lacking in customer service skills.

Window shade was broken; sink clogged up; closet door was off it’s track. The desk attendant was helpful and tried to fix the problems. $10 charge for parking was unexpected. Limited seats on airport transport. Morning Coffee and hot water were not hot. I wouldn’t stay here again.

My room thermostat kept resetting itself to 85 Fahrenheit. Management was rude, dismissive, And downright bordering on homophobic. I will never be back. Even trying to get upper manahements info was impossible.

Nice comfy beds but huge pillows. The sliding door on the bathroom went too far and out of the track, had to call maintenance up as my husband was stuck in there. The guy came in lije 2 minutes, very fast. Theb we blocked the door from gojng too far with a rolled towel. Breakfast was adequate. Shuttle to the airport was quick service.

The tipping point was an unexpected 20 dollar bill to park overnight in the hotel parking lot. It was deceptively never mentioned on line when booking which is just plain wrong. In addition, breakfast was mediocre at best, and the bathroom door of our room would not close. There are many hotels on the road with this one and I would pick any of them over staying here again.

Breakfast is just ok. Desk staff was just ok. Parking cost is actuall $11.50 per night. Hotel does not own the parking any more. You need to scan a QR icon then fil out your credit card info then all of the rental car info. Who memorizes the tag number, make and the state the car was from. Cost is $10. Plus a $1.50 credit card fee. You can not add to your room or pay $10 cash.
