THE SPACE

Inside, you’ll find a warm and inviting layout designed for comfort and relaxation. The open living area is perfect for gathering with friends over drinks, watching a movie, or simply curling up with a book. Bedrooms each have their own bathroom for added privacy, while the kitchen is fully equipped to handle everything from a quick breakfast before heading out to a sit-down dinner after a long day. With thoughtful touches throughout, the home makes it easy to settle in, recharge, and feel right at home.

-Each bedroom has its own private bathroom
-A full-sized washer and dryer are also located on the upper floor
-Main level features an open-concept living, kitchen, and dining area with an island, quality appliances, and a dining table for four. There is also a convenient half bath on the main floor.
-Ground floor includes a welcoming mudroom and a two-stall garage

Downtown Denver is within half an hour, offering endless dining, shopping, and cultural attractions. And when the mountains call, you’re less than an hour from skiing and snowboarding at Echo Mountain, making spontaneous slope days a breeze.

-Cameras for Guest Safety: Ring doorbell camera at the front entrance and no cameras inside the home.
-The homeowner's vehicle is parked in the garage.
-There is one additional parking space in the garage and overflow parking in a lot next door.
