Nice condo! Thoughtful amenities. The outside sitting area was GREAT! My husband and I spent a lot of time sitting out there, talking and reconnecting. The ONLY two issues were the ceilings were low for my 6’4 husband and the stairs, because he’s disabled. But we made it work and we enjoyed our stay! The bed and couch are extremely comfortable. I’d recommend this place!

Booked this apartment for a Red Rocks concert. This place is very convenient if exploring around Denver. Just a 20 minute drive to Red Rocks and Golden. About an hour and a half from Estes Park. A lot of restaurants and breweries nearby. The apartment was very clean and provided most necessities and the host was very responsive.

My partner & I had a wonderful stay at Joe's apartment. The space was very clean, ample, and cozy. It's conveniently located close to a highway, so getting downtown was fast & easy. The private covered porch was a plus & street parking in front of the house was always available. We would definitely stay here again!
