Fully furnished and new 1 bedroom apartment four blocks from Sloan’s Lake. Very close to seedstock brewery, brew culture coffee, 7-11, and a Mexican restaurant with great burritos! Listing comes with full kitchen, washer dryer, ceiling fan, rainfall shower head with wand, queen memory foam mattress, sleeper couch, air conditioning and convertible chair. Fiber internet. Parking is free and unassigned on street. Over the air TV, no cable.

You will have the entire apartment to yourself. The rooftop deck is above the space and is shared but is on a 10p curfew during the week and a midnight curfew on the weekend. Since you are in the space, quiet hours would apply while you are on the rooftop after those times, but you would have exclusive access to the rooftop after 10 or 12, respectively.
