Experience a unique stay in this newly built shipping container guest house! Thoughtfully designed with style and comfort, it features two spacious bedrooms, a full kitchen, and living space with handmade furniture and a cozy electric fireplace.
Relax on the deck and soak in the breathtaking city views—it’s the perfect retreat.
Please note, the guest house is above our garage, used as a home gym, and is adjacent to our main home. There are MULTIPLE stairs to reach the apartment.
We kindly ask for quiet hours on the deck from 8 PM to 8 AM and request all guests respect our strict no-smoking policy (including cannabis and cigarettes) across the property. Thank you!

You’ll have access to the whole guest house.
You will use our personal back yard to get into the guest house.

We live on the property and will likely be around, but will leave you your space as needed. We may be using the backyard with our kiddos and friends.
We have one parking spot open in the driveway (access on 52nd St) for guests. All other cars will need to park across the street, at the park.

The space is really cool and cleverly designed, with great views and room to stretch out. The location is also ideal for access to all of the cities attractions whether using the highway, or meandering theough Denver's historic neighborhoods.

Good location, though not very walkable, if that's important to you. Check-in and check-out is easy, although with more than one shipping container structure on the property, it can be slightly confusing. Communication from property manager was poor, as it took seven hours on one occasion to reply right after we arrived, and two hours on another. The only toilet paper supplied was a roll that was halfway used up. We had to go buy our own. The property manager did come to bring more, and gave us a 10 starbucks card, but that was after not responding to my messages about the issue for a few hours. There is a lot of visible mold in the clothes washer and the smell transferred to the sheets and towels. The previous occupants trash was still left under the sink. This wouldnt have been a big deal if it didnt contain meat, which started to smell after a while and we couldnt figure out why. Overall it was a pleasant experience with a few inconveniences. Would recommend overall, though.

Overnight Stay in Denver
We stayed at Libby's place on our way home from a ski weekend. Parking was convenient and close by. The space was sparkling clean and the TV worked great (a big bonus considering that often times it's difficult to figure out someone else's TV.) The beds were comfy and we had everything we needed for our stay. Location-wise, it was an easy 15-minute Uber ride to downtown Denver to take in the sights and sounds of the city. Would 100 percent stay here again!

Great stay!
This VRBO was perfect for me and my friends having a girls weekend in Denver. Location was great, house was very clean and very cute! 10/10 would stay again & recommend!
