Kendra is such a big help! She's great! Robin anf Maintenance are great but Management isn't very friendly! The property smells and they dont clean your room if you stay over a week. They say the property is non smoking but it smells like cigarettes! The beds pillows and blankets are awful so be prepared to bring your own!

Company apparently switched owners and so when we arrived, we did not have a reservation and the hotel was full and could not accommodate us. We live 5 hours away and to be left without a room was so unprofessional. The company should have contacted us to let us know.
Very poor mattresses. Squeaked loudly when you moved. Very uncomfortable mattresses. Floor was sticky. Check in person was never there. As outside smoking. Will never stay at this chain again.
I liked the kitchen fully stockednwith dishes so I didn't have to make another purchase
Well old design , could be a little cleaner smelled like smoke through out facility.
There was so much "traffic" and activity. Drugs were being sold in the parking lot and common ways at all hours. The amenities were scarce or non existent. The room above mine was being treated for bed bugs
Very similar to Extended Stay America. Clean nice quite and just all around fine place for me.
They were pretty nice suits and furnished well. The only thing we didn't care for is it seemed to have several long term tenants..
Easy access to hotel near Denver - no free breakfast but room had kitchenette. There isn't anything around hotel but there's is a grocery store with a Starbucks. Good place for a night!
Room was fine. Kitchenette was fine. It's just a hard place to get in contact with. Website is no help. Had to go through Orbitz to get in contact with the hotel. No breakfast, no coffee, no amenities other than Wifi. Had to buy toothpaste and coffee from the vending machine. No one on duty over night. It was an ok stay, but I'd pay a bit more to stay somewhere else.
The room was very clean and comfortable. It had a full kitchen, nice bathroom, and tv. It was 20 minutes away from Denver so for the price you cant beat it.
Couldn't stay here - left for another hotel even though I had a non-refundable room at the Savannah Suites.
Long line at check-in (nobody able to check in a minute before official time); overwhelmed and rude staff as a result of this. Inquiries about services, amenities in room also resulted in rude responses from staff. Apparently they rely on their competitive prices to get one-time visitors. I will never return, as I'd rather pay a little more and receive decent customer service.
Unfortunately no breakfast was provided. The walls are very thin so every sound carries. Fortunately it's mostly quiet by 10:00pm. They did not have the room available we were confirmed for so they gave us a fairly large room with 2 very small beds to share. By small I mean my feet were off the end and I am 5' 8".
Was met with a smile. I got there early. To see if can check in about an hour early. Lady said no check in is at three. I said ok ill wait. Asked to use restroom. Lady said only for guests. I said im checking in in an hour. Responce was then your not a guest yet. Finally cjecked in room was dirty. Fridge stunk. I complained. But lady said well theres a different motel down the street. Other quests extremely loud. Drunk and high. Just overall not a great place. I will not stay there again
I checked in on a Saturday afternoon. Made my way to the third floor with lots of luggage. when I opened the door to the room, I discovered someone sleeping on the bed, with their luggage by the door. Confused, I closed the door and returned to the front desk. After a 20 minutes wait, I received a new key, this time to the RIGHT room. I spent the rest of my stay worrying that someone would enter my room while I'm in it (or not). The next morning, there was a knock on the door while I was in the shower. It was room service (a little after 9 am on Sunday!) Through the door I asked the maid to return in 15 minutes, after I leave the room. I returned later that night to find my room in the same state I left it 12 hours earlier.

We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion you had with this transition. Unfortunately, when we bought this hotel, nothing from the previous company was given to us.

I am not aware that any of our rooms were being treated for "bed bugs", however I am sure you know that those critters are brought to hotels, hospitals, dormitories, planes, and cinemas by people. The way to judge any establishment that has the issue is how quickly and efficiently they contain and resolve the issue. I just spent 2 weeks at the hotel and (being part of management) I walked the halls several times per night. Perhaps this issue has been resolved because I didn't see any transaction that looked like a "drug" deal. Thank you for your review we will keep a closer eye on the guests in the hallways.
