Our family enjoyed our stay in Arvada! This was our base for exploring Denver. (Downtown was about a 30-minute drive from the house.) The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant with a park at the end of the street. The home was clean and comfortable with a well-appointed and stocked kitchen. Plenty of towels and washcloths for everyone. The beds were so comfortable. Our boys loved the garage game room, too. Our host was helpful and communicative.

This was a great place! My dog loved having a backyard to roam around in. We loved hearing the rain on the skylights in the living room. The rooms were comfortable. We would definitely stay here again when we are in the area.

We enjoyed our stay in Arvada. The house fit our needs - plenty of space for our group of 5 to hang out. The beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, hot tub was nice for morning coffee before it was too hot and house was equipped with fans and air conditioning. The house was close to grocery stores, Arvada Beer Garden, shopping and Olde Town Arvada.

Cozy, clean and cute

This was cleanest VRBO we have evry stayed in. The neighbor was quite and full of people walking their dogs and just enjoying their neighborhood.Old downtown Arvada was minutes away with wonderful shops, restaurants andnight life. The home had everything we needed. The kitchen was well supplied with cookware that was in excellent condition. Our dog loved the fenced backyard. What special touch with the Sauna and hot tub. Which both were extremely clean. Will definitely stay there again.

Great location and so clean!

We loved our stay and really enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. The park down the street is an added bonus especially if you have dogs. It was convenient to Boulder and Denver where we were visiting friends and family.

Arvada Weekend

We were visiting our son and grandpup, and this location was perfect. The fenced in backyard was great for the dog, and we enjoyed the hot tub and used the gas grill which was nice. The house was very clean and had everything that we needed. The beds were incredibly comfy and bathrooms were spacious and very nice as was the kitchen, The location was awesome. Easy walk to Old Towne Arvada and Denver Brewing has some great burgers! Quick drive to grocery or anything that you need. There is a park right at the end of the street with walking path that leads to Old Towne which was .7 mile walk…easy! Communication with Jill was great and she responded immediately! Pretty sure she never sleeps because it doesn’t matter what time I sent a message…she responded within a minute or two! We would not hesitate to stay at this property again when we are in Denver. Great place!!!!!

Clean House and super safe Neighborhood

Super clean home and great neighborhood. Felt that the property owners wanted to make sure we had a good stay and we definitely did! Only 1 thing we wish the home had a better family sized couch to watch football, but other than that we really enjoyed the home and neighborhood close for dog walking! Would definately recommend staying there again!

Nice stay in Arvada

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy modern home near Old Town Arvada. Everything was as described/pictured. The king bed was sooo comfy. So much so that I found and bought the linens online for my own bed! The house was very clean, kitchen was well stocked and communication with the property manager was great. It’s a great location and a 25 minute drive to Red Rocks. Would definitely stay here again.

Ducks Family Vacation

The property was clean with many amenities, located near Olde Town Arvada. It’s in close proximity to Red Rocks, Black Hawk Casinos, Denver, Golden, and Boulder. We were able to do a lot of scenic day trips without spending a lot of time traveling. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Awesome Stay in Arvada

We loved this rental home. We had everything needed for a long weekend with adult kid and two pups in tow. Lots of spaces and activities from the front of house to the backyard with hot tub! Comfortable beds, good climate control, a well stocked kitchen. Everything was great!! Owner was extremely attentive and responsive, we even had a mini blizzard roll in our last night and the owner was very accommodating in extending our checkout until the snow passed. So happy, we will have this at top or our list for future trips to Denver!

Cute House near everything

We stayed here while dropping our Son off at college in Golden. It was a clean cute house with a great kitchen and easy access to anywhere in the Denver/Boulder area. We loved the hot tub and the yard games and would stay here again!

Quiet stay

This house was extremely clean and well kept. Everyone enjoyed their time while staying here. The only thing keeping it from 5 stars was the living room. The room could use more comfortable seating as it was hard to comfortably sit 4 grown men on the couch. Regardless, we would still stay at this property again.

Long weekend ballgames

The property was perfect for us. Our intention was to bring my husband's parents with us, but they were unable to come at the last minute. The place was across from a great park for kids. We went on walks each evening. The location in general was very convenient and as advertised.

Relaxing Colorado Vacation Home

My wife and I stayed in this Arvada home and enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing vacation. The home was super clean, and stocked with coffee upon arrival (thank you!). Ceiling fans throughout the home kept the temperature comfortable. The king master bed was very comfortable, and the hot tub and indoor sauna were great ways to start and end the day. Jill the owner communicated promptly throughout, including solving a minor issue that came up at 6 am on a Sunday…wonderful service! Highly recommend and hope we can stay herein the future.

Denver vacation.

This property was a delightful retreat in a wonderful area. The house was exactly as described on the website with many little extras to help make our stay more enjoyable. The kitchen was well equipped and had extra condiments and cooking essentials to help with meal prep. There were several smart TVs throughout the house for everyone's viewing choices. And the hot tub was a welcomed treat at the end of day. We were traveling with our dogs so having a backyard was very nice. Communication with the host was great. Jill was very responsive from check in through check out. I highly recommend this property.

Perfect spot!

This was the perfect spot for my family get together! Spacious home; roomy kitchen for all of the cooks; very comfortable beds and the hot tub was awesome! We had a great visit with family! We would definitely stay here again. Close to stores and restaurants and cute little shops.
